The Goat Inn - Codicote - Photo album

Made a lunchtime visit to this olde world pub in the centre of the village. Uninspiring selection of beers. Pub grub was good, friends pie looked great, Braughing sausages tasty.
Nice pie. Nice place after ride out. Good garden. Besides pub a very good takeaway. Awesome egg, bacon bap. πŸ˜€ β˜•οΈ
Gorgeous Little Pub, Love coming here. It's where my Mum and Dad first met❀
Lovely pud with friendly staff, food was cooked well but lacked taste. The pints are of a good standard which is the most important thing
Great village pub. The fish and chips on Thursday ans Friday are amazing and Sunday roasts are great value.
Went on a Friday, had a late lunch. Cosy cute pub with lots of character. Young bar maid very friendly and helpful. They ran out of the soup which was disappointing but the beef and ale pie was nice. Decent amount of meat inside and pastry was generous. However the gravy appeared to be Bisto gravy f
Amazing little pub with great atmosphere seems like a lot goes on here to! Love it.
Great pub
1st time visiting, very friendly and a delicious roast dinner. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
Thursday is fresh fish from Grimsby day and it was wonderful. The three of us had the Cod which had a very crispy tasty batter on it. The fish was beautifully cooked and served with chips and either garden peas or mushy peas. Thoroughly recommend the Goat. πŸ‘
