We had fun here, at a busy, lively, atmospheric and friendly place. Drinks cost ok. Live music playing most the evening kept everyone in a good mood. Interior looks decent and traditional. As the night wore on, the crowd got younger and younger. It was young to start with but a good portion of the crowd looked underage by evening time. No doorman and no one asking age at the bar. Not great, so we ended up leaving.

Very friendly barman. Standard high street pub, there was plenty of outdoor seating.

Called in for lunch with my son....we both really enjoyed it, really friendly service but not over the top, food was delicious and a nice relaxed atmosphere πŸ‘Œ Shame it's so far from home or we'd visit there often!!

The bar staff are super friendly and ensured that a small accident that my god child had, he spilled my pint, was cleared away quickly. Great family place.

Lovely homely pub, landlady was more than happy to meet and greet us. Even though she was busy with food etc . Pity couldn't fit us in for food due to time.

Lovely place for a reasonably priced drink. Some lagers not available the second time we went but no problem.

We arrived here with our three pooches and received a warm and friendly welcome. Good social distance measures in place. It's clean and organised. The staff were friendly even bringing treats for the three pooches. Two pints of ale & two lagers which were served in correct glasses, crisp & fresh. The land lady was a breath of fresh air, bubbly, friendly and informative. Would go back of we ever return to the area.

After a terrible experience at The Bush I came here and received a polar opposite service. Friendly staff and locals.
