A good takeaway, serving a wide range of foods. The chicken kebabs were tasty. The service was efficient although an order was missed, so be vigilant
Originally I had low expectations but only because of the takeaways we have at home! Ordered the steak burger and it was phenomenol! Bolognese pizza was outstanding. Above anything else, the service was above and beyond. Really appreciate the helpful staff. Definitely will return when in the area ag

Food is always hot and would definitely recommend for a takeaway or delivery.
We stayed locally whilst being on holiday. Phoned through our order, chap on the other end very helpful and polite. Food arrived, prompt and hot and without issue. The food itself was very nice, chicken kebabs and homemade steak burger were well made and tasty.

Nice pizza & chips when visiting Cockermouth. We ordered and collected in store, service was quick and they have a large menu to choose from.

A regular of mine for a number of years on and off. Alternative Takeaway is a real treat for anyone who enjoys a good kebab or pizza at a very reasonable price. Recently just had the 12" mighty meat (careful everyone...it's a pizza, keep your dirty minds in check) and was pleasantly surprised 🤣🤣🤣. N
10/10. Been eating here for years, I wouldn't go to any other takeaway. Really friendly staff and delicious food. I highly recommend.
Unfortunately only takeaway we had wrap and chips last night it was best to be honest quality cooked chips taste grilled meat homemade garlic sauce loved it
If you want top quality pizza at affordable price then forget Dominos. Alternative Takeaway is way better. More variety, better ingredients, delivered quicker and the staff are very friendly. Also a wide range of other quality fast foods all made to the same standard as the pizzas.
