We had the pleasure of eating at the pop up fish restaurant at Fyne Fish tonight , hosted by Alex and partner Sarah, a 4 course fish meal starting with oyster followed by smoked haddock tart, baked salmon with cream, salsa Verde and beetroot , with delicious cheesecake to finish. This was a culinary delight and experience. We will book again for the next one, forgot to say about the paired wine
