Nice friendly staff, only been open a few months and some tweaking and learning still in progress. Nice large flavourful olives, melt in the mouth salty anchovies and good if not quite exceptional pizza. Small location so a nice vibe, music for atmosphere but not overpowering, will definitely try again. Please note though they oddly do not accept cash, only cards payments.

Second visit to Gaia. First was business lunch with just pizza. Good enough to bring me back with my daughter. Even better second time round. Exquisite and distinctive pizza but little plates sensational. Charred asparagus with Sicilian lemon and Parmesan dressing was incredible. When a 12 year old child fights you for the last piece, you know it’s special! Front of house was a bit over-the-top familiar on first visit. This was really dialled back on second visit. Much more discreet and chilled but still welcoming. Well done. Awesome playlist too. Feels like you’re in a quiet bit of Soho rather than a parade of shops in Surrey. Will be back soon!

I’ve now visited Gaia a few times and every time the food has been really amazing. You can tell they have fantastic ingredients and chefs. They do have a problem with service that needs improving. Many of the staff are very young and there are lots of delays with taking orders and a few mistakes. If they can tweak this (they haven’t been open long), it will be the perfect experience!

Fantastic find in Cobham ✅✅✅ Pizza is yummy, service good and the rose was a beautiful addition to our meal. Kid’s pizza came face shaped (cute). My son wasn’t having the best day but the booth was perfect for a sleepy little one. I can picture this being a great date spot in early evening. The adults will be back to sample the cocktails 🤣

Really tasty pizza and saying that having just come back from Naples! The burrata was delicious too. Service a tiny bit rough round the edges but makes it feel authentic and they are new so forgiveable! Decent selection of non alcoholic drinks as well, much appreciated.

Simply one of best meals I have had in Cobham this year: fresh ingredients superbly cooked from a great menu. Nothing cook/chilled here: you can watch them make it from scratch in the open kitchen! Going back this weekend!

Proper Italian pizza, starters and deserts. Nice coffee and cocktails. it is a bit expensive but you can expect that from cobham. Best calzone I’ve had In England! Thank you to our waitress Abi who was very sweet and efficient. Really yummy food and nice atmosphere in the restaurant :)

Lovely atmosphere and decor, super friendly staff and amazing food. We visited with 3 children - all who loved the olives, meats and of course the pizza. What a lovely addition to our high street!
