Each time I go to Frankie & Benny's I'm never disappointed.i was just there yesterday, we didn't have long to wait till food was on our table,but omg it's like man v food,I had meatball penne pasta and chips,it was enough for two people.the lovely young blonde waitress who waited on us was so attentive and good humoured,I told her I couldn't finish it as it was to much for me and she suggested that I could take my food home in a doggy bag ,which I did.the menu has decend variations of food,I plan to work myself through it in time.the ambience at this particular place is a nice relaxing atmosphere. I love this place �

I tried the new low fat menu had the chicken skewers for starter then the skinny chicken pizza it was really nice defo recommend it
Very nice menu. Good music not too loud. Attentive staff look after you.
What a lovely atmosphere, my waitress Michele was so friendly and went above and beyond with my kids. Food service was very prompt and lovely. My son is diary free and staff were very attentive to this.
On arrive the manager greeted us at the door and was very pleasant and again was great with my kids.
Would go back and recommend

Just been for lunch with my fiancé and our 9 month old who has a cows milk allergy. Our waitress Monica was absolutely amazing very professional, friendly and attentive made our experience 5 star+. The kitchen staff prepared our dairy free meals which were delicious. Highly recommend food is great and Monica is a credit to the restaurant will definitely be back next week. Thank you
Food was great, cooked to perfection, the surroundings where very comfortable and the atmosphere was great, warm and welcoming. The service was great and with a smile. I have a pet dog which was in the car and he even enjoyed his sausages and the young lady that served us offered water for our jack Russell. She was very caring. Would go back anytime and I would be more than happy to tell others
My young son & I mentioned to our host Michelle that we were hoping to catch a movie at Showcase Cinema next door but didn’t know if there would be time. Even though the restaurant was fairly busy, Michelle made sure that everything arrived quickly & we enjoyed three delicious courses with plenty of time left to catch our film. Great choice of vegan items including desserts & vegan options on the kids menu plus 5-star service from Michelle. Thanks again, guys!
The food is fine and reasonably priced.
We normally go for breakfast but the menu has recently changed and it’s unfortunately no longer as good. The cups used for tea and coffee are too small and so you end up requesting 3 or 4 (admittedly free) refills. Which take a loooong time to come.
The staff are normally lovely (quite a lot of them are Eastern European) but you do get an occasional tired waiter or waitress with little patience - which is unwelcome when you have kids with you. Any time I’ve ever had a problem with my meal however, it’s quickly been dealt with by the waiting staff - and even taken off the final bill which was impressive!
Overall a fine place: warm food and a nice welcome.
Went tonight for a quick bite to eat. Was served by Michele who was so lovely and welcoming. Nothing was a bother to her and she made sure that we enjoyed our meal. Food was really tasty, will be returning in the not so distant future.
Visited Frankie & Benny's tonight and had a lovely meal. The menu is very extensive and covers most tastes. Really enjoyed it and our server, Fiona was lovely. She was friendly, efficient and made us very welcome and nothing was a bother to her. Will certainly be returning and recommending to friends.
I've said it many times before, staff make the venue. Michelle greeted me and provided friendly, attentive service throughout my lunchtime visit. I am a big advocate of letting eating establishments know when they get it right as so many of us just say thanks and leave. Frankie and Benny's, Michelle should be your template of how to treat customers. Customer experience 10/10
The food - I had loaded potato skins to start and good old fish and chips for my main. Everything was really nice but special comment should be made about the batter that enveloped the fish. It was really light, crispy and melt in the mouth. Food 10/10

Just home from a meal at Frankie & Benny's. Great food as always. The highlight for my family and I tonight, however, was our server, Fiona. Fiona was very friendly and went above and beyond what was expected to make sure our family had a great dining experience. Thank you! We will be back again soon.
Had a lovely meal here yesterday. We couldnt have been looked after any better by our server Michelle. My nephew has allergies so sometimes this can be awkward when we go for food but she explained everything so well for him to make the right choice. Thanks again Michelle!!!
Supporting people in the community can be a challenge but since the first time we visited Frankie & Benny's at Coatbridge this has been more than a dining experience. The Waitress Monica is just amazing. She encourages communication, she is very engaging and has patience of a saint. The food is good and always served in a reasonable length of time.
Thank you for being so inclusive and for dancing in a dinosaur costume today. This place is more than just a chain restaurant!
Visit here often as it's close to home. Always something on the menu to choose. Prices are very reasonable. Staff are always welcoming. Our server Michelle was really friendly and attentive. Enjoyed our breakfast this morning.

Had our 1 year old nephew with us and he was being really fusy, not eating what we had got for him, the server Monika was really good with him and was really helpful, when we needed a 2nd meal for our nephew she got it out quickly. The food was good and the service was really good. Would happily go again.
