Quiet place when I visited. Food fresh and quick. Staff polite. Clean and well kept. Drive through decent. Parking good, disabled parking available and wheelchair accessible.
Food was really good only issues I have all-time there is missing something in my order, now bottle of pepsi before sauce. So you find out those things at home very sad I'm not going back for those things because food will be cold
You're right, they are doing a brilliant job, I don't know why it's never busy. This is the best kfc we've ever been to. It's quick, and reliable. I've just discovered the app, and all the deals on it, so I'll be visiting more. Price is what sends people to maccies I reckon, it's just a quid or two cheaper. Great work keep it up 👍
I was served by a lovely lad who was very polite and helpful. We live in Swadlincote and always drive over to coalville kfc, it's much nicer than Burton.
Always decent service and portion always decent unlike other establishments where they cheap out on the chips and size of mini fillets.
Nice food , excellent quick service and the staff was very helpful and super friendly! Cleanliness also at greatest standards comparative with other places in town .

Good as usual, beware of the thick 'poo' looking gravy (taste nice but solidifies as soon as you let it cool down, check out pic 😂) inside staff are pleasant drive-thru staff are useless
Our visit was quire late but the resturand was clean and staff were friendly. The man that served us was very helpful
Usually KFC locations are dirty with rubbish on the floors and tables, this one is cleaner than most probably because there is not much foot traffic for teens to get to it. Food was good as expected but drinks are always small size and never have free refills. For such a small extra cost this policy should change.
The food was ok the portion sizes was on the small size got fries with me meal and only got 10 chips 😂
It tastes good, just a little dry for me.
