We can’t thank Mac Donald’s Coalville enough. We called them this morning to ask if they would a special order for a beloved Alfie (he’s a Jack russel) who had been very very poorly and he was crossing the rainbow, we wanted him to have his favourite meal before he went. The manager ‘Chelsea’ couldn’t of been more helpful and caring, and thanks to her, own little man had his favourite meal before passed away. Thank you to all the staff for being so caring and understanding 🩷
Food is always served hot which is good and is quite slow but I understand that due to deliveries and staff are helpful

Breakfast stop! Bacon was chewy today and needed a little more cooking, but overall, it was good. Great coffee, but I wish they did oat milk.
A weekly treat. Today I thought I'd try something new along with my regular latte. Yummy cheesy bacon flatbread highly recommended. Great service, nice food, clean restaurant and I use the app so hassle free. All great
Mixed experiences with the food (sometimes the fries or McFlurries are not filled properly). Hope they stop raising the prices though -- shocking how much a Happy Meal is nowadays, and we are all about saving the planet, but some of the toys are horrendous!
Like every other McDonald's, so you know what you are getting. Tidy and staff friendly
