This is the best coffee shop I’ve been to the best employees there are by far Emma molly and Caitlin they are very polite and very helpful and always look like there working hard definitely recommend coming if u haven’t they make you feel welcome and has a homely feel

Great place for a coffee and people watch. Took my grandson for a hot chocolate whilst his teacher was on strike in the week. He loved it. So did I, nice flat white coffee. Served at our table. Cheers Imsomnia..
My new favourite coffee shop. I first tried insomnia coffee in southern Ireland. I'm a long-distance Tramper and a fuel station I use, offers free insomnia coffee for truck drivers fueling up. Instantly loved the coffee, and not because it was free. This is now my first port of call when I'm home every other weekend. 👍👍
Pleasant dog friendly coffee shop (rare to get indoor seating with your dog in Coalville). Good coffee, cakes and sandwiches. Super friendly and welcoming. Located at the entrance to the Belvoir shopping precinct. Loyalty scheme on the app.
Nice place, good coffee, good service but I find it a bit offensive being called Luv at the end of every question.

Lovely little coffee shop, beautifully decorated with friend staff. There's a large range of drinks available with and without coffee as well as hot and cold. Cakes and sandwiches are also available too. The ice caps are my favourite and are brilliant for the summer. There's also a loyalty card which allows you to collect points and with every 9 drinks you get the 10th free. I love this coffee shop.

Very nice staff, friendly and approachable. And the coffee is simply amazing! I go there virtually every day, the workers there deserve a full 5 stars, however they regularly completely run out of Oat milk and don't restock for sometimes weeks, which is an easily avoidable issue.
*Update* giving 5 stars now as they seem to have caught up with the demand! Keep up the good work 😃
