The best Indian in Coalville so far. My partner finished his curry for the first time ever! Very tasty and I am sure we will be ordering again.
Been a while since I had a decent Indian takeaway, trying a few in the area. Really enjoyed tonight's food and will definitely order from Thawa again. Arrived at estimated time and hot, fresh food with plenty of meat (so many Indian takeaways come with loads of sauce and hardly any meat). Complimentary poppadoms and pickles! Very good
Went with my mum and her friend, overall good resteraunt, often very loud due to other people shouting over other people as they cant hear themselves but that's probably when I was there. Guys there are very friendly and accomindating, as far as indian restaurants go, they knocked it out the park, good job š
We had the run of the restaurant as we had a big double birthday party. Food was pre-ordered and have to say it was amazing. I had the lamb balti with garlic nan, so tasty with melt in your mouth meat. Service was amazing for saying the food all came out at the same time table by table. Took our own alcohol and food very reasonably priced too!

Whether I fetch a takeout, have a delivery or visit the restaurant the food is absolutely fantastic and always piping hot. The staff front of house or delivering are so polite and approachable which sets them way ahead of competition locally, not to mention the ambience inside the restaurant which is always welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I traveled from Edinburgh and thought Iād try a curry from Coalville. This place did not disappoint. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant itself was well put together and the food was amazing. Genuinely one of the best Iāve had and Iāve been to many curry houses. Would 100% recommend.

The fact you can bring your own booze is amazing and keeps the cost to a minimum.
The food is always delicious and fresh with no grease. The portions are perfect too.
It is popular and does get very busy some Saturdays so make sure you book.
It has lovely food and is very good to go with a large group. They are very accomidating and they allow you to bring your own drinks in which helps reduce the price of the meal

Delicious food, lovely service, I left very full and very happy.
Visited tonight. The food is superb and the service is excellent. If there was an option for more than five stars, Iād go for it. I had the poppadoms (never tasted any as good as these), chicken tikka dansak , sag aloo and a roti. Iāve eaten a lot of South Asian food in my time, but never anything as good as this. Absolutely exceptional.

Nice fresh tasting food, fantastic friendly service in a good easily accessible location. Limited parking in front of the restaurant but plenty of parking around if you know your way.
First time ordering from here. Food arrived early and was absolutely delicious. Would recommend and will definitely be ordering again. Thank you Thawa for a lovely meal!
