Great quality food and friendly staff. I visited ruby's chip shop at closing time (8.30) as I was driving around panicking try to find some food for my house after our just eat takeaway missed three orders off. I have been coming here since I couldn't see over the counter! That was almost 30 years ago. Never had any problems. Both the owners and staff have always been pleasant.

The staff are very friendly and Covid-19 screens in place with the whole establishment looking very clean and tidy.

I've been going to Ruby's since I was tiny and they have consistently been fantastic. The food is great, generous portions and the staff are always friendly and chatty. I highly recommend Ruby's as the best Fish and Chip shop in the area and further afield!
Ruby's chip shop is the best I've ever been to in North West Leicestershire. Food is brilliant and the staff are always so kind! My family have been going here for over thirty years and according to them the quality of food hasn't dropped one bit!

It's the only chip shop in the area we use and we've never had a bad meal from here the staff are always friendly and smiling. If you've not been, give it a go

Ruby's fish and chip shop is far the best place. Food is freshly cook. I travel to Ruby's and my food is still hot when I get home. Staff are so friendly. Nothing is to much trouble for them. Great place. 100%
