Popped in twice during our stay locally. Just the best! Didn’t have lunch but they looked amazing. Had incredible turmeric and ginger cake, awesome breakfast slices. Wish we lived nearer!

Friendly staff, nice coffee and beautiful location. Sat outside and watched the world go by and was even given treats for the dog. Only had a coffee, but will definitely stop by again and try some delicious looking cake next time.

Came across this gem of a place in the heart of the lovely Shropshire countryside whilst out on me motorbike. Just a stones throw away from Clun castle over a lovely little bridge and set beside the river, a perfect setting for any cafe. No parking outside but there is a car park stones throw away. From the moment you enter your senses are ignited by the smell of lovely food, the ambience, decor and the soothing music played in the background. Staff behind the counter were very polite and attentive and the seating arrangements although a little cramped ( wasn't to busy when I turned up ) def had a homely feel about it. There is seating outside with benches and table and chairs, ideal on a warm day. The menu is limited to a few items ( has a Spanish theme ) sadly no Sarah's samosas today ( I'll have to return me thinks ) I opted for a cup of tea and lemon cake. Both delicious. They sell all sorts from postcards, ginger beer and cake to takeaway. The 4 stars are only due to the price of the food and drink but this doesn't distract from the warm friendly welcome and the lovely food. I think I'm just used to cheap biker cafes. Def worth a visit if your in the area. Looking forward to my return visit.

We were on the lookout for a cafe to sit and plan our walk. Noticed this gorgeous little spot opposite the car park in Clun, and went in for tea and cake. Highly recommend the turmeric and ginger cake. It was AMAZING. They have lots of outdoor and indoor seating. The staff are lovely. They also made us some fantastic baguettes to take for lunch on our walk. It was a great start to our weekend and if we come back this way, we will stop here!

I would say don't go there!, because I want to be able to get a seat when I go back!!Best cafe I've seen in years! On a par with the bridge tea rooms in Bradford on Avon!

Charming wee cafe beside the river, with indoor and outdoor seating. After hearing some recommendations from our friendly waitress, we shared a pork pie platter and a ham and cheese baguette. The pork pie platter was super tasty, with nibbles including cheese, slaws, chutneys, small samosa, ham, salad and bread. Everything was delicious and fresh. The star of the show was the local Shropshire bread used in the ham and cheese baguette, which was really lovely and malty. We’d definitely stop again if passing nearby.

Had a delicious late lunch here today. The team working here were lovely and we were able to sit inside with our dog which was brilliant after the 5 mile walk we just completed. We had the pork pie platter and the cheese baguette. "Cheese baguette is really under selling it though, unusual bread, decent cheddar and lovely hone made side salad and coleslaw. The platter was made up of really good quality and HUGE pork pie. We also took a piece of the turmeric and ginger cake home for later on with a brew which was moist and delicious. If we manage to move to Shropshire, we'll be back!!!
