We love this place? The landlord is fantastic at his job, he has time to have a walk round and makes you feel very welcome. What I call a proppa landlord. The staff are second to none, so polite so helpful. We usually call for a Sunday lunch and it never fails. Top notch service top notch food. Well
I couldn’t recommend this pub highly enough. We turned up tired and muddy but felt immediately welcome and at home. The food was brilliant - we had crab salad which was so fresh and delicious. It is cosy but spacious. The landlord is lovely and takes care over everything. I hope I can come again one

We visit Bryherstones on most of our visits to Scarborough.
It is about 6 miles outside the town but is well worth the journey.
It has been in existence for since 1983 and is still with the same family but has just moved on a generation.
