Staff are beyond helpful. I ordered food to collect, that I was then late for.
The shop had just closed & was being locked up outside. The lady who was locking up immediately offered to go back & get my order.
It was totally my fault, but she didn't hesitate on fixing the situation.

Great place for a normal priced coffee and a hot sausage barm it can get quite busy at times staff are always doing there best but I feel a pay rate of more than just over the mimum wage would be a great help..so good food drinks etc and staff are always friendly and helpful..
This is the best Greggs that I have been to, I recently took a visit to frontier park, which I was treated horribly. If you want good service and better quality sausage rolls, go here! Staff are really pleasant, definitely will return!

Greggs is Greggs so nothing to say about the food. However the staff were very friendly and accommodating regarding food allergies.
