We nipped in as two tired parents with a small toddler and was really well looked after by the lady with Short blonde hair (sorry I didn't get your name!!🙈). She helped find a dairy free snack for our little boy and made us feel very welcome. After a very busy day it was just what we needed ❤️👏 Highly recommend here

There was young guy in today, he was very knowledgeable of all the Starbucks products. He used his initiative to offer us vegan cream based on our plant based milks 10/10 (nobody seems to get this) it's a real positive change as we've been here before and service has been poor. Cashier mistakes and order mess ups. Today was a real positive change. We'll be back. Keep this new colleague here. He was wearing a tie and walking with a limp. Can't stress enough the difference between what we've had before and this guy. Amazing improvement

Love this place, often come with my mum. There is plenty of space and always somewhere to sit. Plus, it's a decent size mug of coffee with a nice relaxing atmosphere.

Just what you expect from a Starbucks. Good friendly service, nice seating area and plenty of parking. Drive thru available.

Not the cheapest coffee place nearby, but a good sized cup and the barista did a good job so was a very pleasant brew. Friendly and helpful staff and the seating comfortable and well spaced out and good ventilation which I think is important these days. WiFi available

Nice ambiance and a pleasant atmosphere. Located in a rural area near Clitheroe, offering some pleasant views amid the built up area. I'm probably biased though, I did a lot of my uni work there, so its nostalgic. Good WiFi too.

Amazing, perfect coffee just how I asked it to be made also a perfect moist lemon muffin. Prices may be high but so is the service and quality of your food and drink. Lovely chearful helpful young man on the speaker taking our order too, can't fault it at all.

Four stars for the coffee and vegan options. My local Starbucks which I visit at least twice a week...nice layout and comfy seating. However staff could be friendlier & welcoming...One lady staff member though who is always working on a Sunday is to say the least frosty, you'd think she would recognise me and my husband as regulars but there is no welcome at all. In fact she virtually blanks you. We tried speaking initially when we first started visiting but have given up. If you work at front of house you need to have people skills and sadly this is lacking maybe it comes from the top down from management.
