Food and service was grade A from start to finish, staff were so polite and attentive, I went to the bar to order drinks and who I assume the owner said oh no no what are you doing here I will bring the drinks to your table what would you like sir? Then the food was spot on, will definitely be returning

We love Piccolino's so much - we turn up with no reservation on a Saturday night and always get seated, the food is always fabulous and the staff Ant do enough for us - great place ! x

Always love it here, staff are very friendly and food is delicious. No idea where all the 1 star ratings have come from, it sounds like a different restaurant!

One of our favourite restaurants. We consistently find, attentive and friendly service, interesting menus, food well cooked and presented. We've been to a number of Piccolinos eg Newcastle and the Clitheroe one is still a fave.

Absolutely lovely pre gig meal on Saturday night. We both had pasta dishes, which were delicious! Our waiter was even a fellow Genesis fan! Great atmosphere, lovely staff and really delicious food. We will be back - thanks to all the team there!

Called in by chance one random lunchtime. Only people in. Attentive service without being in our faces. Great food- the chorizo and brocolli starter is brilliant

Attractive garden space, street side, where we ate. Internal decor lovely. Extensive menu. Very attentive staff but not intrusive. Our choices were all delicious. An extremely pleasant experience. Will definitely visit again soon.

Absolutely amazing quality of food and exceptional service. Our waiter Dylan could not do enough for us and communicated throughout our experience. The food served was to a high standard and there was a wide range of choice. The whole experience was so positive and even under current circumstances enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again after lockdown #2

If we're going to enjoy it here we need to just accept that it's really expensive, otherwise we'd just get mad. Our first 2 (cheaper) choices were fully booked, so we had a drink at home and took a deep breath. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent, so no complaints.

Excellent as you would expect from the Piccolino franchise. Very friendly staff and a great ambiance. Food was excellent and they do vegan options for the majority of the main menu. Would be 5 stars but for the fact that my first choice starter and main were all sold out! But we were the last cover of the evening. We decided late on to eat there and only had to wait 30 mins for a table. And thanks to the waiter who spotted that my girlfriends mum had poured hand sanitiser all over her pizza instead of olive oil!

Ambiance and staff always superb. Food always good quality but I do feel that they are pricing themselves out of the market with the cheapest wines above £20 and mains at £25+ without veg which are often extra. Nice to be given a £30 voucher as a loyal long-term customer which we used on this occasion but even with this the bill was nearly £50 per person for two courses with a single bottle of wine and no coffee.
