We got married at Mitton Hall on 14th July this year and it was the best day we could have asked for. From the outset, the team at Mitton were amazing – they are super organised and on top of every detail throughout the whole planning process. Every time I emailed, they would get back me so quickly with such helpful responses, which was amazing and reassured me every step of the way. On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly and the team ensured it flowed seamlessly but without fuss. I loved having breakfast with my bridesmaids and mum on the morning of the wedding, and getting ready in the beautiful rooms was wonderful. The venue looked amazing, the food was delicious, the DJ included as part of the package was brilliant – everything was even better than we could have hoped for. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful Mitton Hall is, how amazing the food was – and generally what a fantastic day it was. The bridal suite was beautiful, and having breakfast with our closest family and friends the next morning was such a lovely end to such a special experience. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for us, and we can’t recommend Mitton Hall highly enough. A special thank you to Lesley-Anne, who is so lovely and was brilliant keeping on top of everything on the day, and Chloe, who made the planning process so easy and enjoyable.
Faultless! Was here for a birthday meal last night, emailed them to give us a good spot & without asking we had complimentary Prosecco which was well presented and a fully decorated table!
The service was world class along with the food. The place is amazing and a must visit place!

Attended Mitton Hall for our friends wedding and had a wonderful time. Beautiful atmospheric venue, staff so helpful and were very attentive especially offering a delicious gluten free option. Would highly recommend.
Me and Sara couldn't of asked for a better wedding day at mitton hall. From the original booking through to the last min of the day, the staff involved made our day just what we wanted and more! The place looked amazing! Emma was truly amazing on the day, she made everything run smoothly and me and Sara was so re-assured right from the minute we met her! What a great job she did for us! Couldn't recommend mitton hall enough! Even the food was spot on! Everyone had a great time! Thanks so much for the day and the memories!

We got married at Mitton Hall on Sunday, and it was an absolutely incredible day. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything went smoothly.
We visit the restaurant quite a lot for family meals, and often book the private dining rooms as there are so many of us! It’s a really special place to us and I can not recommend it enough.
My wife and I were married here a couple of weekends ago and we were blown away by how good the staff were. The venue, as a venue, is stunning but it's the staff that really made our wedding go so smoothly. They were slick, professional and swift in everything they did for us.
Emma, the Master of Ceremonies, was on top of everything and she made us feel completely at ease by seeming to always be one step ahead of us. From ensuring my wife had drunk enough throughout the day, to giving her a vital pep-talk before walking down the isle, to making sure everyone's food was served exactly as they had ordered (to avoid that so-often-seen scenario of "oooh I totally forgot what I was supposed to be having") - we were impressed.
The whole team were great right from our initial planning with Chloe, right down to the night porter helping us move things from room to room.
The food and accommodation were top class, as well, naturally.
We'll be back, for sure.

Booked a lovely afternoon tea and a couple of drinks at reception. Staff very friendly food excellent and great atmosphere sitting near the fire. I would recommend coming here for food or a drink. Will be back again soon !!
Attended nephews wedding there yesterday. Beautiful venue, excellent food and friendly staff. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a future wedding venue.

I would like to second my mums review below about mine and Ryans wedding yesterday (28th October) it exceeded all my expectations..it really was a dream wedding. Joanna, Chloe and Lucy were always on hand prior to the wedding to answer every little query I had and were super quick and always helpful and lovely! On the day itself we were made to feel so special and quite honestly we couldnt find a single thing to fault...only that its now over and we want to do it all again! I got ready in the dressing room with my bridesmaids and had a lovely breakfast, I was then greeted by Lucy and Emma who also helped me holding umbrellas and my dress before going in for the ceremony! Emma who ran the wedding was phenomenal I dont know how she managed to run the wedding to such precision and still managed to keep everything so laid back and relaxed. She also made our parents feel looked after and special. The food was amazing and the staff who served it were fab everyone had a smile and checking we were okay..nothing was too much trouble! The reception staff and the general manger also were amazing.I am so glad we chose Mitton Hall! Many Thanks to all the staff x
The most mesmerising and enchanting place ever, well exceeded our expectations, great value for money, beautiful food and delightful staff. Fantastic day and would definitely like return.

The location, decor and atmosphere were wonderful and the staff couldn't do enough for everyone.
This all went into making it a very special 70th birthday occasion.
We got married here on sunday and it was perfect. Emma, the MC, organised the day impeccably and kept us all calm before the ceremony. The food was amazing - lots of great feedback from our guests, and they even cooked the beef more for one guest. All the staff were amazing. Thank you for making our day perfect
