Top quality real ale with a good variety of choice available. Excellent food & a great outdoor beer garden at the rear in which to enjoy both. Views of the surrounding Pendle area are lovely as is the garden floral display 😃 Highly recommend a visit đŸ»

Helt underbar pub i en underbart gullig liten by i underbar lantlig miljö!

We were a family of 6 adults and my 23 month old Granddaughter and visited yesterday - My Son and his wife had been before and raved about how nice the food was and we weren't disappointed - The food was absolutely beautiful and couldn't fault anything. I didn't have a desert but the others did and loved them. Can't wait to go back x

Marvelous traditional pub. Fabulous food and a good selection of well kept ales. No wonder they won so many CAMRA awards .

Second visit this year andjust as good (if not better) than the first! Service was rapid and very friendly, real ale (Barnsley Bitter!) was soon served and sampled, it was good! Menus perused and meals ordered, 3 fish pies 1 lasagne and 1 steak. All were superb and the clean plates reflected this. Portions were generous and sides spot on! Locals and owners friendly and chatty, great atmosphere! Highly reccomended and a country pub we will return to soon!

We enjoyed our meal of sandwich platters (cheese for him and I had a prawn sandwich). Both sandwiches were served with a few chips and some salad. They were tasty and well presented. Staff were pleasant and attentive. As the spouse of someone who uses a manual wheelchair I had enquired about accessibility before booking a table. There was disabled access, but this involved negotiating an alley behind the pub, complete with empty barrels, etc. Not easy, but we coped!

My first visit as I happened to he passing by. A great beer garden, very neat and tidy, with stunning views of Pendle Hill. I had one of the guest ales and a burger off the main lunchtime menu. The burger looked and tasted homemade, topped with proper Cheddar cheese (no American sliced rubbish) and real bacon. I didn't manage to finish the chips I was too full. Staff were friendly and service was fast but not rushed.

A former CAMRA national pub of the year and recent recipient of a CAMRA 50 year certificate. All well deserved. Lovely village location and very friendly. Good choice of beers. Pretty beer garden plus seating outside to the front. Well worth visiting.

If you want an authentic Ribble Valley pub experience then you don't have to look much further than the Swan with Two Necks. First and foremost they serve some of the best pints in Lancashire. I'm not joking. Whenever I lie awake at night craving a refreshing pint of finest ale my mind doesn't take long to wander towards the array of tempting treats on offer here. Ales from all over the north west and beyond. The food is excellent and the portion sizes are substantial. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Five stars for the Swan with two Necks every time. Slurp slurp yum yum

What a feast we had! We introduced our international guests to pub food. Selection of pies, gammon steak, piri piri chicken or simply nuggets for that one young picky eater. It went down beautifly with the ales on offer and lemonade for the underaged amd driver. Will be coming back for more. We missed out on the jam roly poly as we couldn't fit it im tonight 😊

I had the Rib Eye Steak cooked Medium from the menu with Peppercorn sauce and Chips. The food was good but the Ribeye's fat was very chewy, so much so I had to spit several mouthfuls out as I was unable to chew through the chunks of fat. The steak was however very tasty and cooked very well and the sauce was very tasty and very creamy with real peppercorns. The real ale on tap was of the highest quality. The views from the beer garden are spectacular. Be warned if you have an allergy to cats as the owners have cats wandering around the pub. I would give 3.5 stars if I could but as this is no option I am leaning on the 4 stars to round it up. I have heard that the 18oz T-bone Steak is spectacular when it's on the Specials so I will be returning to try this when it's available.

Went for a pint and a packet of crisps following a walk over Pendle Hill. Good selection of local beers on tap. Went for the London Thunder, a stout, which did not disappoint. Helpful and friendly lady on the bar. Good explanation of the types of beers sold on a blackboard above the bar. Beer garden at the back is in the sun and was a great place to be for the time I was there. Reckon this is right popular; there were a good dozen punters there (middle of the afternoon, mid-week). I would have liked to have had a meal there, but I'd arrived between meal serving times (13:45 - 17:30). Will go back again some time.

I took my family for lunch today, 6 in all. We had various meals from the menu. All the food was nicely presented, hot, and very tasty. The young man who took our order was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The puddings were even tastier and the coffee was delicious. In all I would return in a heart beat. Nice warm atmosphere and very friendly staff. Thank you for a brilliant lunch.

Top Shelf Pub! Cleanest pint of English Ale in years. Log Fire. Cosy vibe. Haddock was nice if a bit overcooked. Lovely Potato Dauphinois. Steak mushroom pudding tasted excellent. Sadly Frozen Chips in rapeseed oil. Cutting a fresh potato makes a large difference and sunflower oil doesn't smell bad. If the chips were on a parr with ale then it would be one of the best.
