We just had a one night stay here and absolutely loved it. We had a booking in April but unfortunately had to reschedule, the staff were very kind and let us move to a date of our choice.
Such a beautiful cosy room, with everything you could need. Best night sleep I’ve had in ages in the comfiest bed, plus an excellent and large shower. Little touches like having an adjustable vanity mirror on the dresser and a little chocolate each with a fresh bottle of water waiting for us were much appreciated!
We didn’t stay for breakfast as had plans but it was included in the price which we thought was very affordable given what a perfect room we had. We have recommended to our friends who we were visiting for them to suggest to any future visitors!
Lovely rooms although ours was too hot and sash window was wedged slightly open and couldn't be opened any further. Breakfast was great and the staff were really nice. Great location and would return to this pub.
I haven't been to this pub for years. No doubt I have heard some good reviews about it. That the food and the stay are very good.

Super meal, great choice and service
Stayed for two nights with a friend getting married at Eaves Hall. Overall experience was excellent, however, my only issue we stayed in room 6 which only had two sky lights, which We couldn’t find the pole to open ( eventually got one window open on the second day second window looked like it was broke). First night the room was so stuffy we did have a fan but nothing beats and open window. If we were back up them ways then yes I would rebook. Breakfast was fab and husband had a meal in the restaurant the night before the wedding with the groom and friends who also said their food was fab too.
Hi we stayed one night as we were attending a wedding at Bashall barn. The staff we met whilst checking in were very nice and welcoming even the chef ( owner )took time to say hello. The room was no 1 it was very
clean comfortable and the underfloor heating was fab . Breakfast was lovely, again the chef was very nice and chatty. We would definitely recommend a stay .
Found by accident, liked the images on website and reviews. Exceeded expectations. Excellent value for money. Lovely room, (great water pressure, lovely sheets, massive bed with pop up TV),friendly attentive staff, fabulous food. Will be back. Anywhere that lets us climb Pendle Hill and then collapse in a great hostelry is great with us.
Rang to book accommodation for a wedding 2023 up the road at the Out Barn. Racheal was excellent taking our booking for 6 double rooms, 2 nights with breakfast. £20 deposit per room fully refundable if cancelled on or before a given date. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding of our needs but most of all she was friendly and not rushing. Looking forward to our stay there and of course the wedding 🍻💕🥂
What a little gem.
An amazing location. With the facilities like the huge super comfortable bed and the shower large enough for two, with room. This was by far the best accommodation we'd found this vacation.
The breakfast was delicious and they offer a great selection of v/vg options.
My only regret is we didn't book two nights.
I booked this for our evening meal via their website. The place looked really nice, the reviews were good and the menu looked delicious. Although there were some small changes to the menu, this did live up to expectations.....in fact the food was far more enjoyable than I'd hoped. The staff welcomed us and were very friendly throughout. Like I said, the quality of the food was amazing and one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Reasonable price too. Highly recommended.

Breakfast superb and cooked hfresh. Smoked salmon with scrambled eggs on seeded toast well recommended .
Only slight criticism was that we were asked to pay on arrival which I thought unusual and wondered if they thought we were the types to do a runner,so we felt a little offended. However,the overall experience was excellent. Thank you.
We stayed here overnight last night and wow what an outstanding place to stay. The rooms where modern comfortable and clean. Had a fan and iron with ironing board and coffee tea etc with a bottle of water. The food was absolutely outstanding and I mean really good, cant remember eating anywhere as nice. What stood out as much as the above was how friendly and helpful the staff where. They went above and beyond and where clearly passionate about the place they worked. For a last minute deal we were pleasantly surprised at this little gem of a place. Our only regret is we didnt stay another night. We will definitely be returning. Complements to the chef and reception staff and waitresses. 10/10
