A tranquil country pub not far from the sea with 4 comfy double letting rooms. Tastefully decorated throughout serving a variety of menu options. Dog friendly and on street parking this little inn has a lot of charm. Photos show comfortable seating and one of the rooms. A nice stop over if holidaying in the area. It also has an outside bar area with pizza oven for the warmer nights 😎

Came on a Sunday evening. Had 3 courses, nice preparation and presentation. Tasty and varied menu. Enjoyed pork bites and hummus to start, beef roast and roasted hallumi salad for main course with crumble and the cherry and coconut ice cream sundae for dessert with a beer and wine to accompany.

Food is excellent and varied. Lots to choose from drinks wise. Dog friendly. They offer rooms (4 en-suite) great location as a short walk in to Cley-next-the-Sea. Not many staff so a bit of a wait - we thought it was worth it. Plenty of parking on the village green. Large garden. Modern facilities and decor with period pieces. Would definitely go again.

Lovely little pub with amazing food that caters for all, vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters. All the food is cooked fresh to order, service was great and it's reasonably priced. Found this pub while on holiday in the area and although it's over an hour from where I live I'll definitely be going back again and highly recommend this pub, it's definitely worth visiting

Brilliant family friendly pub, with fantastic staff. We live locally and it’s so good to see this pub thriving under the new owners. Roasts are great and always a warm welcome even if you’re popping in for drink.

Fantastic meal with the folks, the lunch menu for £11 with a drink is excellent value for this area! Food was great, friendly service in proper country pub surroundings with a warming fire. As I said to mum when we left, if hadn't been driving I'd have happily sat there all afternoon with a few pints watching the world go by. Will very happily recommend!

A super lunch deal (sausage & mash plus glass of delicious wine for £11 pp), very friendly and efficient young men serving, and a warm and cozy interior: I was very impressed, and will definitely recommend it!

Faultless pub in amazing location. Brilliant staff, clientelle and extra bonus of the best run pub quiz night ever. Genuinely fantastic evening! Food was also great (field mushrooms and Stilton sauce sourdough) and free bar snacks, and sweets for the kids. If only all pubs were this welcoming Top marks.

Didn't stay but came for an evening meal. Was quiet when we arrived as it was a Sunday, greeted by a very friendly waiter, had a lovely round table in the corner which was very sweet and comfortable. Was given complementary bubbles as it was our anniversary, which made it feel much more extra, food was lovely hummus and pork belly starter good portion size tasted lovely! Roast chicken and burger for main, again good portion size and very reasonably priced - £15.50 for a double burger compared to other local restaurants I think is pretty good! Lovely enjoyable evening, and in a good area local to all the coastal villages.

The location is great and there's good parking. The interior is very beautifully designed. There doesn't seem to be enough staff to cover all the needs at the moment, so there's a bit of a wait for the food. The food itself was very tasty, although felt like it wasn't the most fresh. We got the burgers and steak frites which tasted nice, but could have used some side salad. Overall a good experience.

I spent 5 nights at the Three Swallows and can find no fault. A hotel of real character. A comfortable room, good and plentiful food - all at a good price. A bonus is that the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful

We were a large family group of 7 and stopped on our walk for refreshment. The garden is absolutely beautiful and large enough for the tables to be very well spaced out and enough shade for all. Currently (July) they have service set up from an outdoor gazebo that you order from and it works very well. All staff were very helpful and an excellent range of drinks were on offer. We also had a delicious local ice cream to cool down! Definitely worth the walk a little out of the village centre.
