Great that it's open once again. We had a lovely lunch and will be back soon!
Genuinely one of the best roast dinners I’ve eaten out ever. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, including for a baby of 1 and the food was incredible. Pictured is the Pork Belly Roast and there are amazing sides to add. Ask for extra gravy, you’ll want it because it tastes so good!
Highly recommend for family or friends getting together. Lovely atmosphere with smaller rooms for an intimate dining experience.
My new "local" great choice of beers wines and spirits. Nice and friendly village pub. Great to sit down and have a drink with the log burner. Great food nice selection something for everyone on the menu. Food fresh, cooked to order really tasted amazing. Service was attentive and welcoming. Would highly recommend.
Lovely staff and food. Getting expensive now though. Just like most of the food places. We understand prices have gone. We will be back
Really enjoyed the meal everything was well presented and very tasty and it was nice that there was a bit of a gap between meals so you didn't feel rushed.. will definitely be back 🙂🙂
A very enjoyable birthday meal for my cousin, who was 85. Very polite, friendly and attentive staff. Delicious meal.
Great place to dine. It's set up as a number of 'dining rooms' I think the largest has about 5 table's, the one I was in had 3. Food is very good quality, ingredients clearly all fresh. Simply couldn't fault the food. Went on mothering Sunday, and a variety of roast were available and a small selection of other dishes. One of my party had the sirlion steak, and again very good quality.
The only thing I would consider if dining there is to check out the menu before you book. All the food is great but selection is limited, they focus on quality not quantity of dishes.
It's not cheap, but where is now. Meal for 6 with 2 alcohol drinks and 4 soft, 2 staters and 3 desserts was £180, so £30 a head. Will go again.
Went for a walk over Clent yesterday and popped in here for lunch. Had the best steak sandwich and some belly bites on the side, beautiful food. Staff were lovely and it’s dog friendly too. Will definitely be heading back here 😍
Absolutely first rate food. Interesting menu with fresh and local produce. Garden has been converted into comfortable covid secure area. Attentive service. Very good choice of beers and ales. Top notch.
Our favourite gastro pub we come here often. Food service & ambience is always excellent.
Menu is fresh & delicious. Real food cooked exceptionally well.
Highly recommend
Amazing atmosphere, 10 out of 10 service, highly recommend, best pub in Clent. A must visit!
Our third lunch at this superb dining pub, ideally situated between the M40 and Shropshire. Staff and service are genuine, warm and friendly. The starters were excellent and the marinated salmon main was a winner, the hake was lost in a bowl of cream. We will definitely return, it’s a real treat to eat here.
We called last minute to see if there was room for 2 people. The manager was amazing and We were fitted in with a bit of juggling. The food (even for a strict vegetarian) was great, the staff were all polite and professional and generally we can not say a bad word. We loved the garden set up and we will definitely be be going back to this pub, but will ensure we book next time. Thank you for a lovely visit.
Popped in for a drink during the day, ended up staying for a few hours. Really cosy with open fire and friendly atmosphere. Lovely place to go.
The lamb tagine was fantastic.staff fantastic .and I am normally a grumpy old man but would highly recommend
We had a fantastic night with our friends and we dined in a lovely festive room shared only with one other table. Great service, friendly staff and the food was gorgeous. I would recommend their Chistmas menu.
Simply delicious. Highly recommended, staff superb and very charismatic.
