Had a very enjoyable three course lunch with friends - food and portion sizes excellent. Friendly staff. Was a bit cold in there yesterday - could have done with the fire being lit !

It's our 3rd visit at this pub we went 28.7.18 and sat outside by the stream as it was such a lovely day. We had our dog with us she sat under table where it was shaded. I had fish & chips which was really lovely hub had chicken with veg and said his was nice and very filling. Service was excellent. Had ice cream after which was gorgeous as I said 3rd visit and have had lovely meals all times and can't fault the staff. Only one moan but northing to do with pub we had a man behind us who liked to hear his own voice who spent the time we were there moaning about his wife to an other couple who was on next bench behind us. He only went quiet when the wife rang him. Luckily for us he left so we enjoyed our puddings with out his moaning...Will be coming back..

We visited whilst walking in the Clent Hills. We had planned to visit having viewed the menu online but was tempted by the specials board. We shared a starter of Moules Mariniere from the specials menu which was delicious followed by the Venison Burger for my hubby (main menu) and I had the Duck breast, again from the Specials menu. Both our meals were outstanding. The quality of ingredients coupled with the skills of the chef made it the best meal of our holiday (and we'd had a few having been away a few weeks). The food was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. There was a great selection of drink especially real ales. Butty Bach was on when we visited but they also had Wainwrights. It was very quiet but it was a Tuesday lunchtime. The pub is quaint and traditional nestled in the Clent Hills. It is very dog friendly with water bowls and dog treats for pooches sitting in the bar area. There is also a large car park. We highly recommend The Vine and would like to thank the staff on that day for a great meal.

Had Sunday lunch today for 14 of my family. For hubbys 60th birthday- from start to finish it was wonderful- everything about it. The staff are more than pleasant, service second to none and the chef should be Michelin star he/she should be proud, I have to say the food was the best I have tasted for a long time. All of my family agreed. The monkfish scampi was to die for. Thank you for a very memorable afternoon xxx What a lovely quaint cosy pub….open fire a big bonus on a cold day ❤️ Lesley Crumpton

Great little pub tucked away at the bottom on the Clent Hills. We walked up and over the Hills and this lovely place was a great respite for lunch before we headed back up the Hill! Staff were welcoming as were the locals, clean toilet staff (always a good sign) we had the steak on ciobatta with onions and mushrooms and the value cheese as an extra and it was delicious, cooked well and the steak wasn't over cooked. A positive experience and will visit again. When we visit the Hills again.

Had a great lunch with friends here. The food was delicious, service was friendly and they were dog friendly too which was a great bonus for me as I brought my pup. Ample parking too. Just be careful of the narrow roads when driving. Can be tricky.

This is an absolutely smashing place to eat, drink and stay over in a campervan. They couldn't have been more helpful as my sat night booking went from 3 to 7 and my Sunday from 3 to 4. The food is superb, great portions and good value for the quality. Great place to walk Clent hills before or after eating and a lovely stream and small waterfall outside with tables, so perfect if you have dogs who are welcomed inside or out. Nice mix of visitors and locals. An absolute gem of a pub.

A lovely old inn turned gastro pub in the Client hills. Good food, excellent service and a nice atmosphere, alive but not too crowded. Very popular with walkers and older diners at lunchtimes. Vegetarian options, dog friendly, garden too.
