My thanks to all the staff for a wonderful birthday lunch last Sunday. The food and service were first class.
The waitresses were very good with my grandson and he sat contentedly for 2 hours and enjoyed his roast dinner from the children's menu. They provided him with a sticker book.

This was our second time this year to celebrate a family birthday, we decided to come back as we all very much enjoyed it in June. Another stunning meal, we were not disappointed with anything, from the way the drinks were served to the fabulous food and the attention to detail from all the staff,
Great food with more than plenty steamed vegetables. Slightly expensive but definitely worth it.
Food was very tasty.., but the dining area felt a bit cramped.., in a narrow 'corridor like' space, with tables along either side, close together. We had to stand and wait to be seated on arrival, as 'the host' spent time organising the table layout on 'the computer' device.
Absolutely lovely, greated on arrival by friendly professional service team, taken to our table where we was given a hamper with glasses, cutlery and hand sanitiser. Food can out in no time and it was gorgeous. Had the 8oz fillet steak and it was cooked to perfection 👌 the girlfriend had the chicken
Lovely meal with friends. Garlic butter prawns for starters were delightful. For mains we had the 1/4 Lamb shoulder and the duck and both were beautiful. Portions are plentiful. Didn't have room for desserts!!

Really nice meal to celebrate my sons birthday. Excellent service. Special mention for the girl who called me to confirm my booking the day before. Natalie? She was also very attentive in the restaurant.
Just been for a meal here with the wife, service was fantastic, our waitress was brilliant and very helpful, the food was fantastic. Not the cheapest but definitely worth it. Definitely recommend

Lunchtime they do a fixed price menu with loads of choice and comes out piping hot and could not fault anything.

Myself and friends had a lovely meal at the Fountain, a very nice country pub, with wonderful flowers outside hanging baskets very colourful. Staff friendly nice atmosphere .We all said we would certainly go again.
Really enjoyed my vegan roast here at the weekend, and the vegan cheesecake! Staff were lovely too. A really lovely pub to visit and I’m sure we will be back :)
Superb food and excellent friendly service! If you fancy arranging a quirky night out with great food and atmosphere for your group, enquire about a skittles evening, great fun with great food!
Nice place for a group night out if you like skittles. However they should check the draught beers before opening the skittles bar. Lager and cider were undrinkable and the bitter was so lively it took ages to pull a pint.
Me and my fiance came to the fountain for a meal for the first time (2/11/21) to celebrate our anniversary, up on arrival we were greeted and shown to our table.
