Following a short wait to be seated we were escorted to a first floor window seat. The staff were very busy, maybe short staffed and again we had a wait for the order to be taken and our drinks order to be served. Very friendly staff I sat on the first floor its was busy and I beleive its because its the best Fish and Chip shop in Cleethorpes or Grimsby and I've got to agree a very reasonable price as well. Will be back again soon

This was our first visit to Steels restaurant in Cleethorpes and we would definitely recommend it! Its an old fashioned (in the nice sense if the word), traditional fish and chip restaurant serving dishes such as fish and chips, steak pie and chips, traditional puddings (if you have room for one!).

Amazing home cooked food and friendly efficient service. Had a brilliant evening. Traditional, generous, delicious desserts to die for. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We had lunch at the restaurant today as it was highly recommended. Not at all disappointed. Excellent service with a smile from Tracey- a real gem. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was exceptional. Very good value. Top class.

Delicious fish, highly recommend the halibut, generous portions at a reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff will definitely return next time we are in Cleethorpes.
