Been today for my daughters 18th Birthday. We had a table booked for 16, all meals brought through together all piping hot. Very tasty food (and you get a good portion). All staff very friendly and helpful. Will be back very soon.

7 years ago we came for a holliday and ended it on the last day eating at peartree...eversince every year at least once going for a meal there food was great and prices really okay. personal nice and decent and it still are .tried somewhere else but the peartree is and will be our faverite. Up to next year...surely recommandable..
Excellent service from start to finish from Dylan who was our server for the night, very polite and efficient. The manager also made us feel very welcome when entering the building; highly recommend.
Brilliant food. All staff were amazing. Catered too all of our needs. There was 11 of us.
Menu had everything. Kids menu is the best one I've seen. Will be back next year when we're back over.
The staff were attentive and engaging. The food is not amazing but it is absolutely fine. We eat here fairly regularly with no issues.
The bar area inside is dog friendly which for us is a bonus.
We visited early evening on a Sunday and came for the Roast dinner but they had sold out. It was still busy and we were offered various other options from the regular menu, the staff were very friendly and we were served quickly. All three meals were well received and enjoyed by our party. Thank you Pear Tree.
We thought the staff were very efficient and hard working, especially the blonde lady with the ponytail - she didn’t stop for a minute. The food was excellent. I really enjoyed my hunter’s chicken - it was nicely cooked and very succulent, and my husband enjoyed his cod. It was a good atmosphere and not too loud for me (I have sensitive hearing). All in all, an enjoyable visit.

Such a lovely place to come and eat. The staff are really nice especially Alison! The boss is spot on. The food and the puddings are amazing and you can’t complain about the prices. I will definitely be coming back again! My favourite place to eat :)
Great service upon arrival at the pear tree! Mark greeted us at the front desk and seated us. Dylan who served us was very friendly the whole time, checked in and was very efficient. Food was lovely! Would definitely recommend and return again!
The staff at the pear tree are amazing! All friendly and help you with absolutely anything. Mark is an amazing manager and has done super amazing! Love the food, never ever had a problem and my little one always has a favourite meal Everytime we go! Definitely recommend to absolutely anyone!
Took the grandparents here for a meal as they had previously said how good it was, they were right.
Booked in advance which was nice and easy, arrived slightly early but that wasn't a problem.
Place was lovely and big, felt warm and cosy. Staff were very pleasant and efficient, no waiting around to order drinks.
The food was fantastic my steak was cooked perfectly and the portion was just the right amount. No food was left it was that good and we were all left feeling full and satisfied.
After eating the girls went outside to play in the play area whilst we sat watching.
This really was a lovely family place to get a meal together. No complaints at all. Thank you so much, looking forward to our return.
The Staff are always so friendly. The gentleman who tended our table has been so.eone who has taken our orders before. He is one of the loveliest people! (Sorry don't know his name, very tall gent, very slender).
The only thing last night was the table we were sat on was sticky and everything literally adhered to the table .

The food and staff were extremely good but a negative is the ev chargers in the car park. We have a MG EV so decided to charge whilst we ate. Big mistake £30 for a good meal and drinks, £45 to charge car. Extremely expensive meal, will use restaurant again but charge car definitely not.
Perfectly run restaurant. Nothing is to much trouble. Mark, jenny and the team always go over and above for us. The team are always friendly and polite, especially when you have a few at the table who can't make their minds up, the team help you chose and recommend meals, whilst waiting patiently for you to order! Perfect service and they are always so helpful!!! Thank you pear tree!
Great night. Live music from a local band. The staff were first class and helped us get a table with a view of the band.
Food was good as well so altogether a great experience. We’re back later in the month.
It was fabulous from start to finish, nice welcome and excellent service from our table waiter (Matthew). Kids loved the play area and food was very nice, served hot and presented well; good value too.
Only criticism would be the price of soft drinks and fruit shoots - £4.30 for a coke with lime and £1.80 for a small fruit shoot is a bit naughty.
Will be back though, but might be tempted to sneak drinks in for the kids.

Our first time at the Pear Tree and came out very pleased with the meal and service provided. Service was very prompt and welcoming. The food choice was excellent, with something on the menu for a wide range of taste. Great food with value for money. We will definitely book again.
We stop in as a family for Sunday Lunch the boys played in the outside play area and we had a lovely lunch cooked to perfection.
Staff great and attentive all round a must call in for food.
