We met up with friends here for Sunday dinner. Being as we got here first we got a drink and went to our reserved table for four. When our friends came in I got them drinks and we sat down. After reading the reviews l was a bit concerned. But we booked for 3 of us at lunchtime and l couldn't fault anything, from the warm welcome to the lovely meals that we had.
Fish chips and peas (large fish)

This place is amazing the food is delicious cooked from fresh, my partner and I were not going to stay but glad we did. Places like this are last of a dying breed, Really good family atmosphere and food is amazing will now be a regular place to come. 10/10
My new favourite restaurant in Grimsby. Delicious food for good money. Great location.
Food is fantastic, word of advice the Cod and chips at £9.50 is brilliant, massive serving (I think they caught the cod with a harpoon) great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, can get busy at times but the food makes up for it!

Manager gave me money back no quibble, I ordered a small plate of ham, chips, I thought it would be a small gammon, ham not tasty and looked brown so he gave me my money back, two mega mixed grill was delicious my hubby and brother said, meat was delicious and cooked perfect 👍🏻

A very nice restaurant, plenty of choices from menu, food was brilliant. Unfortunately not many patrons in when family & I visited, hence lack of atmosphere, & I forgot to photograph our meals, however staff went overboard to give my 8 yo granddaughter her choice of meal, toast & jam, to celebrate
Recently moved up here and we love this place. Staff are extremley friendly and helpful. The food is homley and delicous. Theres is also a pool table , claw machine and sweet jars so lots to keep you busy.

First visit was not overly impressed. However wife had meal with friends and it was very good. Been for drinks couple of times since after walk on Prom and I am warming to the place. Not tried food but looked good. Up by 2 stars!
Nice busy pub, can make a reservation but don't need to, we waited 30mins for out food, it was worth the wait, absolutely fabulous we will be going again 👍🙂
