Every time I have a friend visit and they want an Indian takeaway we have it from here. Every single friend tells me they wish their local place was as good as this one - and some have said it’s the best they’ve ever had. Always great service, usually fast delivery, and incredible food. The delivery
It’s been a while since we’ve had a meal from the Kathmandu, and I’m regretting I’ve waited so long. We had a takeaway for 8 people and it was by far the best we’ve had in a long time. All the dishes were distinctly different and authentic, the restaurant was efficient in its preparation time and se
I had probably the best Indian meal I’ve ever had. The food was superb and plenty of it. Wish it was my local as I’d be in there every week!
This has become our go too takeaway, the food is always piping hot and delicious and well priced too. Very friendly and helpful staff, thank you 🙏
We visited on Friday evening for the first time. We originally booked the table for 7pm, but they were more than happy for us to come a little earlier. On our arrival, the staff were very accommodating and the place was clean and aesthetic. The food didn’t take long to arrive, and it was lovely. Ver
Ordered takeaway Friday, 6.10.23. Very polite, friendly staff. Meal was delicious and attention to detail more than we expected.
Superb takeaway - the food is the nicest ‘Indian’ style we have ever had. Prices are expensive but similar to other takeaways. Delicious!!
We love their food! Yet to dine in but takeaway is always delicious, fresh and hot. We order quite frequently and love it every time
Recently visited this beautiful Nepalese restaurant with my family for a meal out. Very authentic and delicious meals and service very professional. Very polite staffs and outstanding service. Highly recommend this place for Nepalese and Indian meals.
We've eaten here several times and the food has been top notch every time.👌🏻 Last time we were here with some friends who were eating dairy free and they accommodate us without a problem.
I love curry. By far my favourite cuisine, and as a result I'm quite picky now. Gurkha did not disappoint! Food was delicious, amazingly well cooked and generous portions. Great beer too and at 25/head including drinks extremely reasonable. A hidden gem!
We dropped in on a Saturday evening without a reservation and were given a table immediately. The food and service were excellent and we’d highly recommended a visit.
Nice meal with family. Car park a bit small, but we managed. Big menu so everyone should find something they like. Food was delicious, - and plenty of it.
Brilliant! Have been hearing good stuff for a long time but don’t get over this way often, early doors on a Thursday and the food was superb, great spicing and deep, rich flavours, beautifully cooked rice and fantastic breads, very friendly and helpful owners, nothing too much trouble, music could
What a gem! Who would’ve thought that just around the corner in Clay cross there would be an Indian with this quality of food. The mixed meat starter is excellent, all cooked fresh and spiced sublimely. The main course was one of the chef’s specials, with tandoori lamb served over a rich curry sauce
I can honestly say you're not going to find a better curry within 30 miles of this place! Love the currys that come on a plate with rice and nan of your choice! Perfect 👌🏻
Excellent food and the staff were not over fussy with us, I had the Sagarmatha Special Mix Malai as I wanted to try something other than the run of the mill chicken tikka masala. Wow, this was a rare treat, if I had to make any criticism it would be that the amount of rice was a little smaller than
