Firstly, this is the cleanest KFC I have had the pleasure to enter, unlike so many others and it was quite busy when we entered about 5pm.
Staff were tidy and presentable, courteous and helpful.
We ordered our food without being rushed (which was a great experience as my father doesn't have patience for much these days).
The order was correct with 1 exception and it was corrected without stress, amazing!
The food was actually eaten by the 4 of us with nothing being left.
Food was freshly cooked and cooked well, chips as well.
Would definitely come and eat in here again.
Even the toilets were reasonably clean.
Not sure why other have reviewed the experience as horrible, but I had a lovely time at Clacton KFC. Emily was the star of the show and I would give her 5/5 on meet & greet. She was kind enough to open the main door and then had the most beautiful and welcoming smile ever. She kept the place clean throughout, was extremely proactive and engaging. Bins were clean and the sitting areas were spot on as well. Parking was a bonus. My pictures uploaded here reflect my experience. Keep up the good work team 😊.
Not had KFC for years, was pleasantly surprised, My fillet burger had no dodgy bits at all and the chips were actually hot unlike my last ones from McDonald's. Even my fussy daughter enjoyed hers too. Only gave 4 stars for service because there was a bit of a wait.
Service was good. I think the lady taking the orders couldn't hear us properly. I have over sensitive hearing and it was too noisy in there for me. The sound bounces from one side to another. We was going to eat in but, changed our minds because of the noise. The crushems was a bit watery in this KFC. But the food was lovely and hot.
Nice food fast service unless you go through drive through had some issues in past with wrong orders etc
I would have given it 5* for food, had I not hard a burnt to a crisp hash brown in my zinger tower meal. Other than that the signage could do with an update and I cannot comment on atmosphere as only ever drive through.
The food was lovely but the cleaning was awful with food under the tables and just loads of mess for old food. Outside bins was overflowing with old take-way.
It's KFC, which I personally like. The sit in is always quiet, seems like they get more drive through's. But it's good to sit in now and again.
Best KFC I have visited in years. Chicken always tender and juicy. Order is always correct. Hot, great food, made to order
Great staff and wonderful service. The food tastes good here. Convenient place to eat and drink. I prefer to bring my favourite sauce to make the chicken tastes even better with Thai's super hot chilli sauce.
