Took our grandsons on their first visit to Pizza Hut in Clacton. Enjoyable visit, very clean, food was delicious & staff were lovely & friendly. Only downside a bit pricey in my opinion but as I now have a 2 for 1 voucher will most probably visit again soon 😃

Would just like to say that I have worked in this industry for 7 years and if my staff were as good as yours I would be a happy manager... Absolutely brilliant.. Friendly and good service... Food was good too x

Lovely meal with the family for my husbands birthday. Pizzas all arrived at the same time. Everything was lovely. Only criticism I would have is that there was 8 of us. We was put in one of those round booths so a rather tight squeeze and annoying as we all had to keep getting up to let each other out for salad bar, drinks etc.
We went to Clacton pizza hut for my son's 13th birthday and we loved it! The food and service was amazing. The lady who served us was lovely, very helpful, chatty and made us feel like we were the only family in the restaurant! �. Thank you! Xx
New reviews - We went for my daughter's 7th birthday with a few of her friends. The staff attended to us all very well and we had a great time. There was an issue with a pizza but before we even had time to notice the manager had noticed and put a fresh one in the oven for us, leaving us to eat the first one while the replacement cooked. All in all a great time had by everyone. I'll update my Stars from 4 to 5.
Old review - We haven't been to Pizza Hut for Many years to eat. All in all the food was good, service great and the restaurant clean.
They are still doing order by phone at your table if you want but ordering by phone when you have gone out seems very odd to me. We ordered by talking to the staff ( the old fashioned way 🤣)

Quick service, gluten free pizza available, tasty food, the kids enjoyed sitting at the big round table. I really appreciated having a salad made straight from the kitchen to accommodate my coeliac disease.
Selecting the buffet means I enjoy the variety of pizzas and pastas available, with a drink and desert bundle. A good selection of salads means I enjoy a starting and a side salad. The staff are always friendly and helpful. But Google is a pain on their questionaire.
Lunchtime buffet is amazing value for the whole family. The food was great, and so was the service. My only criticism would be cleanliness, unfortunately the tables had food on them from the night beofore im assuming as we where the first in when they opened, The cutlery and glasses all had watermarks on them (probably me being picky) and lastly the toilets were smelly and tissue on the floor.
We visited Pizza Hut today at lunch time in Clacton. It’s situated at Brook Park retail park. There was plenty of parking close by. We were met with a friendly greeting, there were plenty of tables available at 12.50pm, we were able to choose where to sit. They are only taking online orders, they are cashless. It was easy to order on the mobile and pay, they provided a quick service, there was a great chose at the salad bar, all the machines working for ice, water and the bottomless drinks. I would recommend.
Went with my partner for lunch buffet. Best decision I've made for lunch this year. Great food, incredibly amazing staff so friendly and attentive. The restaurant was spotlessly clean as well. A 💯% don't miss. I'd give 20 stars to this place if I could. Pizza Hut, if your listening, give the team here recognition please for they are a shining beacon for your company.
