Four of us went for a birthday meal , when we arrived it was really busy but the service was a bit slow but friendly , food was excellent and a good night was had by all would recommend
Great food, had a chance to relax and have a drink in the lounge area before our meal which was lovely. The food was quick to arrive, nice and fresh and very tasty. The service was excellent too.
Eaten here loads of times. Very good food plus choices. Puddings particularly delicious. Staff friendly. Occasionally use the special offer codes for an added discount. Would highly recommend

Brilliant ambience and fantastic staff. Both meals were superb. All in all a very chilled out meal.

We was greeted on entry and seated immediately.
The server was lovely she took our drinks order then the mains and then Gave us the option of dessert or not.
This was a special treat for my boyfriends birthday.
Absolutely amazing place to have a delicious dinner with a beautiful view and staff is super friendly. Great atmosphere. Our favourite place for chill out and enjoy delicious food. 🤍
I visited Prezzo Clacton with a friend.
We had a taste card to get 2for1 on each course. I ordered hummus for a starter and 10 minutes later I was advised that they were out of hummus. The food was lovely and I really rate the cooler drink I had.
The staff were friendly and the service was quick.
We booked our table in advance.
Parking behind the restaurant after 6pm for free.

We had
Proscittuo and Mushroom pizza, Chicken and peppers pizza with honeycomb and chocolate for dessert.
You all did amazing job and looked after us very well.

I wonderful evening dining out here. Staff looked after us well, they were very polite and very helpful. Food was amazing and the Passion fruit sorbet was just what the Dr ordered after a warm day.
Will definitely return to try more delights
It was a Saturday night and there was going to be a free firework display on Clacton Pier. This was a busy time to be dining at the local Prezzo but they coped very well. The waiting staff were their usual friendly selves and the kitchen sent out decent food reasonably quickly. In line with a general trend their prices have risen recently and it’s no longer a cheap night out. My party of 4 adults received a bill for £160 for 2 courses each and a bottle of wine. It seemed pretty fair for these days and we were happy to have dined there.

We have visited various Prezzo restaurants over the years... less so with kids, but a spontaneous trip to Clacton and we found ourselves in the Clacton one. We didn't book and just walked in, there looked to be plenty of tables but the waitress was a bit unsure. After consulting the mighty computer we was allowed to be seated.
As you can imagine, if your a fan of pasta or pizza you can't really go wrong. Kids had an option of a kids menu, albeit I thought it was quite a tad on the expensive side (think it was £7.95 for kids 3 courses but that didn't include drinks). Me and the wife decided to have starters and deserts as we was utilising the taste card 2 for 1 on food (which didn't work on kids set meal)
Starters for kids was a garlic bread, which wasn't all that to be honest and mozzarella dipper things which were square. My son said they tasted good so all good there. I went with the beef ragusa ball things, and the wife went with Calamari. The wife picked better on this occasion, didn't think much of the beef ragu balls - not horrible or anything just pretty average. Calamari was much nicer!
Mains was pizza for kids and wife and Calzone for myself. We were all pretty satisfied - thankfully you can't go too wrong with Pizza. Desert was ice cream and cheesecake. I think cheesecake sort of stole the show for me surprisingly.
All in all it was a nice meal with friendly, attentive staff. I'm glad we had the 2 for 1 voucher as it would have been an expensive meal (not that it was cheap even after the discount to be fair). Would not say no to going to Prezzo again, although would perhaps have second thoughts if taking kids with us!
Fantastic food and the staff were top tier, amazing.
We had a real variety of drinks and food all of which made to perfection. Zero faults, loved it.
With a diabetic toddler the staff were more than happy to help us with the portion weights so we could calculate our required insulin dosage. This for me was going above and beyond so I can't thank them enough, definitely made a regular out of us as a family.

Not very child friendly the man was very rude said please keep the place clear so they could come through with the meals perhaps if you know we had kids you would seated us away from where you were serving and they didnt have to wait so long for there sweets they would not have got bored and restless by the way the young man that you were so rude to it was his birthday so thankyou for that i think you should learn how to speak to your customers especially when they have spent a lot of money there apart from that the meal was lovely and the lady that gave us extra cheese was really nice nothing was too much trouble for her
Brilliant food and service, also once you step into the venue it feels like your abroad not on Clacton sea front, brilliant value for money and the calzone is the best I've ever had. Hopefully they are all as good as this one we were visiting for a little week away, as we are now going to try another nearer to home 👍🏻

Booked a table at Clacton Prezzo's which was very busy due to people eating out after an excellent car rally along the seafront. The staff were very busy working hard to look after the customers, the food was excellent and service provided by waitresses was very attentive and helpful and made evening really special, our main waitress was Chloe but all staff who bought drinks to the table were first class, thank you.
Great meet and greet at reception and offered a table in the window looking out over the sea. Food was very prompt arriving and was quite tasty. We did return a pizza just to have it cooked a little more as our preference is for a crispy crust. The waitress handled it quickly without problem. Very good meal with excellent service . Would recommend a visit.
