Randomly found this place when driving home and wanting to find a coffee spot. It’s a lovely place to go. Coffees are made with oat or coconut milk. There’s a retail part to purchase goods within the cafe. Nice chilled atmosphere. Clean and love the aesthetics. Definitely recommend a visit if you are passing by.
Literally just had our coffee beans for the office arrive the same morning I placed the order. Magic.
Always love Fire & Flow (and Born Wild!). Highly recommend them, whether ordering online or visiting the roaster - which is a very cool experience.
Tried their Aurora and decaf blend at the Cheltenham food festival and they were both amazing!! The staff were lovely and explained the special blend that they made for this festival and gave us tips on the tasting notes. Adffogato was really refreshing as well and their filter coffee has a lovely acidity and aroma through it!
Would love to order their coffee in the future :)! The only one improvement could be on the lid which is plastic and having an alternative could make the experience even better.
We visited for another coffee and cake stop. There is a large selection of coffee to try and buy. Lovely vegan pastries and cake.

Perfect stop, chosen at random with a tap on the map. Easy distance from A road. Clean, friendly and delicious. Cappuccino, Earl Grey and cinnamon buns. Stylish place.
I took the Home Barista course. Arriving in good time we got to see coffee roasting and have a chat pre course, which was a nice bonus. The training was tailored to us on the fly, based on experience, home equipment and what we wanted from the day. We spent the first part understanding the coffee, the grind and shot timing – got it super dialled. Then went onto the milk, latte art. Really enjoyed it – very laid back, all my random questions answered, and came having learned lots and now making better coffee at home. Highly recommended.
Did a barista training session and it was excellent. A couple of enjoyable hours well spent. Lots of practical advice to use at home. The coffee is great too!
Amazing, what a great find for us on a chilly cycle! Lovely venue, friendly staff, decaff coffee was so tasty. Carrot cake and cappucino for DH also great. Loved it!

Really new lovely little espresso bar. You cyclists out there should add it to your ride. Lovely cakes and well made coffee, freshly roasted.

I stopped through here yesterday after being recommended by a bike club friend. Absolutely top draw. Love a good cup of coffee and now love this place. Have already recommended it twice to others. The best bit - some Rapha appreciation in the shop too.
