Delightful three storey cafe serving strong tasty coffee and all day Sunday brunch. The food came promptly and one of the group said they were the best poached eggs. Could be improved by having fresh fruit on the waffle, baby changing facilities (but they did give us the whole of the top floor to change our baby), and encouraging people to close the toilet seat because the hand-dryer is right by the toilet meaning the seat gets wet.

Great food and even greater service. We were around town on spring bank holiday and found this place. We all had various eggs and salmon with hollandaise sauce. They were all really delicious. The ladies serving our orders were very friendly. Pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend this small restaurant to come and dine.

Food good, oat milk gone off. Poor score as had another go to get coffee right but failed again with same problem!?!. Coffee removed from bill without being asked. Thx. Brunch was good but order not taken correctly or understood. Couldn’t be bothered to correct it after milk issue, so left the unwanted food. Toasted bread is amazing!

We popped in for a drink and ended up staying for food, despite having plans to eat elsewhere. The menu just sounded great and the atmosphere and service were faultless. I’m so glad we stayed here for dinner, as it was truly exceptional. Starters and mains all packed with flavour and cooked perfectly, service great and lovely drinks. Would recommend to anyone. X

We visited Cirencester today and chose SamandJaks for Breakfast, we were greeted warmly by nice smiling staff… My Scrambled eggs w spinach and bacon was lovely - the sourdough was something else! So fresh and tasty, we both said we’d drive from Witney just for the Sourdough! I’m sure we’ll be back ✌️

An excellent place for breakfast. We had full English and the quality and portion size were very good. The window bar seats are a good place to watch the world go by, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, with no unnecessary loud music playing (a fault in many places). The best thing about this place is the serving staff. Very friendly and smily, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure customers and happy and have what they need (an increasingly rare thing these days, especially on a Sunday morning).

Came here for breakfast one morning. We really loved the look of the place it’s quaint and had great decor. A bit too many olives & candles on display but it was really pretty. I ordered the broccoli, eggs, bacon & whipped feta. My partner ordered toast and a muffin with ham poached eggs & hollandaise. Hers was really nice the sourdough toast was a little stale difficult to cut. Mine however I had to send back as the whipped feta was super salty inedibly so. They did take it back & replaced it with one that had no whipped feta. They did say that it was just feta and olive oil but with the amount of salt I tasted I doubt that was the case, however I didn’t make it so how would I know. The replacement was lovely but the sourdough toast a little stale a little burnt.

We nearly went to the very shmoozy Henry’s which seemed overly expensive - but we’re so glad we didn’t! Sam & Jak’s was amazing, the menu suited all tastes and was incredibly reasonably priced for the quality of the food. Also - front of house were lovely, we would highly recommend. Best restaurant in Cirencester town!

A great new bistro serving lunch and dinner. I opted for the rabbit and it was soo good I went back the following week. A nice quirky wine bar too if you just want drinks. Friendly staff

Rarely I can say that a breakfast was perfect, but the one I have had here was the exception: I have ordered eggs benedict with hollandese sauce on a muffin with spinach. I also asked to add a bit of black pudding. Perfectly toasted muffin, poached eggs delicious and super fresh and fantastic spinach. I am a chef and in my humble experience I always tought that if you've got good ingredients, great chef and good place you always amaze your guests. Thank you, we will be back!

While walking around town, this place caught our 👀 so we decided to come in for lunch and we were not disappointed! The service was outstanding, while the dishes were delicious. We’ll definitely visit next time we’re in town. Keep up the good work 🍀
