I don't usually leave reviews, but the lady that served us yesterday (31/07) in the Cirencester branch at around 1.30pm-2pm was amazing!
There was a large group of us, as it was a family gathering. We were all amazed at how attentive she was (sorry, I can't remember her name). She got us all drinks straight away, even though we arrived at different times (we are chaotic). Got the kids their food straight away, so they didn't have time to get bored of sitting still.
My son has an allergy to diary, so she got him a pizza made with special cheese and got him a pudding right after.
All our food was delicious, served in great time and remembered correctly.
At the end, we all needed to split the bill different ways. She managed to remember what everyone had without being prompted and made the whole transaction very smooth.

The place and staff were very nice and to point out it is a baby friendly place, they offer my baby a coloring book to play with. Food was really fresh and delicious, but the only issue is they are late at serving the food.
Best service award to the lovely Molly who served us tonight. She was absolutely fantastic, funny and attentive to our needs so much so she even helped which dessert would hit the spot for us. Service with a smile and nothing was too much. What a star.
We had a lovely meal one evening whilst in Cirencester. Although it was quite busy we were well looked after and service time was reasonable. Food as always was excellent.

Excellent friendly welcome, with the team member asking on arrival about allergies, which we had in our party. Both my children have multiple allergies (my daughter has an epipen) and are always well catered for at Pizza Express. The allergy menu was given alongside the vegan menu (we had another member of the party eating vegan food) , the kids menu and normal menu. It was easy to check through the meals for allergens although I did notice 'tree nuts' were lumped together- perhaps this would be feedback to pass along to HO that identifying which tree nuts are present in dishes would be a further step forward for those with allergies. We wrote down all allergens for my children so it was flagged up for the kitchen immediately. We ordered with ease, making a few amendments (e.g. no hummous with the vegan dough balls due to sesame allergy) although with a different waitress. Food arrived and enjoyed by all. Our pizzas had tomatoes on them to identify vegan cheese. Food was hot, delicious and we felt very safe and well looked after. I miscommunicated with the waitress about bambinocinnos and cows milk were ordered instead of oat milk- my fault entirely but easily rectified and all in all a very easy, stress free, enjoyable experience eating out (which is a rarity with multiple allergies). I wish other restaurants were as transparent as PE. Thank you again to Cirencester staff- both front of house and kitchen staff, we will be back again next time we stay in Cirencester ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Lovely Gluten Free pizza as always and unlike other branches this one serves food quick and somehow cheaper than my local branch

Update - Menu has recently been updated to include more veggie options and there is a dedicated vegan menu too. I'm still not sure that they quite have the new menu right, but they're getting there. Of course, you can always swap things on your pizza to make it what you want!
Lovely pizzas and great service, so nice we went twice during our one week stay in area.
My friend I was travelling with is an Italian restaurant owner and spoke very highly of the food so that is high praise indeed!
Booked a table for Thursday evening after a family day out.
The restaurant was busy and our table wasn't ready on time as the prior booking were taking their time. Instead of making us wait around, they opened the upstairs area, needlessly apologising for it being so quiet... No problem for us, we quite like a more peaceful meal out.
Staff were attentive, polite and helpful. Replacing my wife's drink for free (and promptly cleaning up) when she accidentally knocked it over. Food arrived quickly deeper the restaurant being very busy downstairs, with the right amount of time between starters and main, we didn't feel rushed at all.
The restaurant seems well run, well presented and this branch was amongst,if not the best Pizza Express experience I've had and there's been many all across the country....
Molly wins the award for best service. She was attentive, funny and catered to our needs. Hands down a lovely experience and all done with a huge smile!

We have eaten at a lot of Pizza Express restaurants across England, this is possibly the best one we've been to. Service was fabulous. Not much to say about the food, it's exactly what you know and love!
In my opinion this is the best restaurant in Cirencester with the best team! I thoroughly enjoyed our meal last night.
As chains go Pizza Express are one of the best - much more authentic than Pizza Hut et al. Good selection of food, with lots of vegan and vegetarian options. Service here was good, though it was rather warm, so dress appropriately on hot days.
Brilliant service here, staff are super friendly and very quick, food was delicious. Me and the misses will be coming here again when we’re back in Cirencester as we had such a nice experience! 5/5
Early Friday family dinner with young children. We were well looked after and food was delicious. Good value children's meals.
