Staff were friendly and the establishment was clean. Covered walk way was nice to sit in although may be very hot during high temperatures.
Food was good quality although it be nice if the buns came with some side garnish.

Exceptionally good : toasties and milkshakes were very tasty, staff were very friendly and considerate. Enough space for my mum's pusher and for our dog around our table. Our visit really made our day here. So nice they welcomed dogs of all sizes.
Had the best brunch earlier at jacks, the staff were all lovely and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Would defo recommend the mushrooms on toast and the berry smoothie! Thank you!! Will be back

The service can vary quite a lot, sometimes they’re friendly and sometimes you feel like a bit of an inconvenience but they’re not outright rude and it’s not enough to stop us going regularly.
