Amazing pub for relaxing and quality food.
The linguine seafood dish was amazing full of flavour and creamy zesty flavours.
The steak was perfect and came first from the surrounding farms.
The beef rib with mash and brasied cabbage was amazing really enjoyed it and really tickled my taste buds with the quality.
Kids burgers were ok maybe a small burger ,especially for the size of bun but they are them and enjoyed them.
The chips were lovely as well.
The morretti was amazing nice clean fresh taste.
The staff where excellent and well mannered and really made us feel welcome.
All in all a really nice place and one of the best places I've eaten in for a long long while.
Veg was soo fresh and crunchy and tasty.
Well done y madrtn we will be back.
Fantastic food - why hasn't this place got a Michelin Star rating? I managed to take a photo before I scoffed the lot this time, so here it is! Not the cheapest but definitely has the quality!

We visited with our two dogs, and we were made to feel very welcome. We both had starters and mains, which were absolutely amazing. Definitely will go back again when we are back in the area.
This was a great venue. We had a family catchup with 11 people and two children. Everyone ordered something different and every meal was fantastic. The wait staff were considerate and on top of their game. All drinks were quickly ordered, no mix ups, and no errors with any meals. Totally recommend this as a great venue with excellent food. Nice pub/restaurant in a lovely little village. Staff where welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Food was beautiful. We had quite a large party and the service was second to none. Highly recommended
Delighted to have the village pub reopened. We have watched the hard work of the new owns as they have rennervated the place. We popped in for lunch on the weekend and ate in the beer garden. The team are super friendly, good beer and good food. We had the lunch special of hot beef baps with chips and a pint (for £10) and it was great. Good beef, nice bread with a garlic butter, grooved chips (which were really good), and a pint. Simple but perfect for a pub lunch. And dog friendly.
Absolutely fantastic venue. Staff were really helpful and with a Veggie among us it’s never easy. However they made an omelette to order and it was lush. Recommend.

Visited today to watch the England match, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. It was lovely to see the pub busy and thriving again, it looks great! The table service was excellent, waiting staff were very attentive and friendly and the drinks and food all arrived really quickly after ordering. Prices were very reasonable and the food was lovely and fresh. Our table had sausages and chips,The ploughmans lunch and madryn Bach childs pizza which was a lovely sized portion for a child. We all really enjoyed it and I'm certain we will be visiting again soon. We hope the pub continues to go from strength to strength and wish the owners and staff all the best.
