Great cafe for lunch stop. Staff are really helpful and they have an allergy book that you can check for any dietary restrictions. Good food selection with interesting options. We missed the specials boards at first and picked from the menus on the tables. Do check the boards.

Love this cafe! Such a lovely area, the staff are great and the food is amazing. If you want to get to the cafe, you have to go to the right hand side and press the buzzer for the cafe and they let you in. Lots of parking and great way to watch the aircrafts.
Very pleasant setting & nice food. Staff were efficient & friendly. Not sure what teabags they use but they are top notch. One suggestion would be a slightly expanded menu including a few more veggie options (veggie burger, pasta dish, etc). Cakes etc looked excellent and will try next time.
Hot day and there wasn't any salad on the menu, but when asked I was told yes we can do a salad if that's what you want.
Wife had Tuna Salad, I had Cheese Salad. Both were good quality with a nice dressing. Portions were good too, in fact I had to eat half the wifes Tuna as it was too much for her.
First visit today, don't be put off by the barrier just through the main gate, just need to sign in time, car reg, name.
Anyway brilliant breakfast, fast service and good quality products used. Black pudding included 👍

Easy to get to, approach the barriers and there's a buzzer for the cafe, buzz it and they will let you in. Only went for drinks, the coffee was very good, service was very good. Really good spot to watch the planes coming in and out. Nice meet up point if you're going on the bikes.
Very nice little cafe in the shadow of the Airport Control Tower. Wonderful kind friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

Watching helicopters, small planes and supercars being moved around all whilst enjoying great service and food.

The new outside seating area is great to watch the aircraft movements. The new menu has a good variety to cater for different tastes and very delicious. Well worth a visit by air or road.
Spent a very pleasant hour watching the light aircraft doing bumps and circuits. Enjoying a nice cup of tea and scones served by Elaine who was very friendly and chatty. First time back since left in 1978. Will be returning next time we come to York.
Wow. I didn't know this existed but I do now and will come again. First class food, friendly, very pretty staff and the chef comes out to see all was OK. Very impressed.

This airfield café is superb. Offers great quality food for breakfast and lunch. Inventive menus. Had a delicious fresh pork, stuffing and crackling bap.
