Great pub great food great people
This pub is truly a hidden gem. In the past 3 months we have stayed at 8 pubs in the Cotswolds. The Crown is simply the best. The room was perfect. Superb bathroom and every accessory imaginable available. Staff are amazing, professional and welcoming. And as for the restaurant? It is first class. Breakfasts and dinners for 2 nights were brilliant. Absolutely scrumptious. Will definitely go back.
What a gorgeous place for lunch on a rainy day. The food was lovely. We enjoyed some lovely fish n chips, and the service was fabulous. Such lovely and friendly staff.
The interior is just what a country pub in the Cotswolds should be like. We loved it.
Visited with a friend just for drinks - disappointed to see that snacks ended at 9pm but the wine choice was very good and my friend enjoyed a choice of good beers. It was lovely to sit in the extended garden and talk and later we went inside - very lively with a party of sorts going on till very late hours - a little surprised midweek but then I have been overseas for some years and maybe Enstone is now the place to be!! Very different to my memories of a quiet village pub but looked fun! :-)
Lovely little spot, great atmosphere and excellent service. We also ate dinner and breakfast at the Crown Inn and both were excellent as well. It's a very small town but we came up and stayed the night before visiting nearby.
Absolutely superb! We were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff of this cozy and vibey pub.
Our food was superbly presented and delicious.
Easy parking and overall a delightful experience.
To experience how it feels to be in one of Cotswold’s houses I’d recommend this hotel. Very well renovated and clean. There are quite a few stairs if like us you get the attic room. But once you’re there it totally worth it.
Beautiful bar/restaurant down stirs with a good breakfast menu.
Friendly and nice staff.
Neighbourhood is awesome but the Carpark could get busy
Didn’t look too inspiring from the outside, as soon as we entered the entrance hall we were inspired and in-awed at this pubs interior, its warmth and its fantastic service. Doggy friendly, the dog was welcomed before us (just as we have become accustomed too and have it no other way!)
INCREDIBLE food. Fantastic. We are desperate now to come and stay as the rooms upstairs look stunning.
Perfect service, perfect experience.
Very pricey for just drinks but being close to our holiday cottage it was a good place to have one on the way back .
Lovely presented pub, frendly staff, good fresh pint, had a steak meal, top quality food.only downside, very limited parking so if busy can be a little tricky to park! Other than that 9 out of 10.
A beautiful and quintessential pub set in the countryside.
Late to review as my partner and I stayed back in February but it was important to let the staff and manager know that we were so happy with our stay at The Crown Inn despite the hiccup with our booking. I wont go into detail but I just want to say thank you to Matt, the manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate us and our parents and thanks to him we had the best birthday & stay and would definitely come back!
The rooms were immaculate (we stayed in The Heythrop room) - gorgeous furnishings, comfy beds, and a beautiful roll top bath that was just a dream!
