Staying for a few days in Christchurch we loved this restaurant so much returned again for a 2nd visit. Anna took great care of us and I must say the food, service and atmosphere was excellent. Thank you Anna for a truly making our visit a wonderful experience. Steaks cooked perfect and scallops were amazing. Staff were very friendly too. Will definitely come back just to eat here again.

Was booked in for a birthday meal and it did not disappoint. Even though the winds outside hit up to 45mph there was something quite serene about being still, with wonderful views and a somewhat chaotic picture outside. The food itself, was top notch. The jetty nibbles were one gorgeous mouthful after another and the cod and crab was an absolute joy to eat, with definitely the creamiest mash I have ever come across. Service was impeccable and attentive throughout. Would definitely recommend.

I have to rate this restaurant 5 star, I booked it for my husband’s birthday and it was a really great experience, we had a nice view. The service was exceptional and timely. We had the five course menu for £35 which was more than good value for our money. The taste of the food was consistently good till the last course. I will definitely recommend and will go again!

Brilliant as always, but a couple of mistakes made by the servers made it 4 star instead of 5. 8 of us for 70th birthday celebration on a Saturday afternoon. Very glad we booked for 12pm as the restaurant filled up so quickly and the car parking would have been a nightmare, especially as we needed two disabled spaces for our party. The food was delicious. The set menu is good value, but it was disappointing to not see a lamb or beef option on the mains of this. The option to have 3 taster Desserts was a brilliant option and we asked for 2 spoons to share as well! The blackberry parfait was lovely. The lamb was cooked to perfection

Went here with some friends for a weekend break. Reservations are a must as it’s very busy and they can alter reservations so double check. Service was excellent and food was very tasty. Lots of good options for various dietary requirements and I really enjoyed mine. I would say that portions are quite big so go easy on the sides as we had a fair bit of food left over. It’s a bit pricey but the quality of the food, cooking and ingredients is excellent. A must visit when in Mudeford/Christchurch! Vatos Locos Forever!

Absolutely superb. We were staying locally in a B & B and the owner made a reservation for us. It's not cheap but the service and food were exceptional. My husband and I don't eat red meat and wanted the mini bistro tasting menu so asked if it was possible to remove the pork cheek from one of the dishes. This was no trouble and the chef not only adjusted that but we ended up having a menu more or less created especially for us which was fantastic. All the food was delicious but the most exquisite dish was the halibut in saffron sauce my husband chose, it melted in the mouth and I wished I'd had that too. The service charge was justified as the staff work tirelessly to keep customers happy and attended to. A marvellous experience. We will definitely go again when next staying in the area and highly recommend 😁👌

I was lucky enough to eat here twice in the last month. Once on a Friday night ( very busy) and on a Friday lunch time. Both times the food and service were excellent. The lunchtime mini tasting menu was excellent value at £35.00 a head.

This restaurant is AMAZING!! Food and staff 110% fantastic. My partners birthday and I had told staff for a surprise and they did just that. The food from starter to desert was 1st class. If you are looking for a great meal with wonderful service you need to book this place you will be very happy. We had dinner outside with great views over the quay. We will be back.

Visited over a busy Saturday night. Service was great / fast and efficient. Decent wine list with good choices. Food was very good too. We had the Skate and Lemon sole. Both were very good and delicious. Overall food was nice and I would give a 4.5/5 rating. The big negative was it was super noisy and loud so not a place for quite ones. Tried to aranchni and the prawn tempura and they were both great too. Big portions of mains and heavy meals. Verdict 4.5/5 Budget - 2 course meal for 2 with 2 glasses of wine is easily £120–

Booked here for our date night, and it did not disappoint. From the moment we were greeted at the door and seated at our table, the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our server for the evening was the lovely Andre, who was charming and engaging, and gave us wonderful suggestions. The location is stunning, and being seated looking out over the water while you eat your meal and enjoy your choice of cocktail. The food was tasty and flavourful and we will definitely be going back, especially during the summer where there our tables out on the waterfront to enjoy even more of the beautiful views of the surrounding area.
