We had breakfast. all very good. Savoury pancake stack and smoked salmon & eggs were excellent. The only negative aspect was that the full breakfast dish doesn't include bacon. Coffee lovely & hot. Staff very attentive.
What a wonderful place! We’ve had breakfast at Maw twice in a row whilst on our Christchurch trip, and would happily go again. The coffee is great, food is delicious and service is friendly. We stopped by for a coffee and cake and it was very good place. Their ground coffee was done perfectly. The staff were very welcoming. The interior design was attractive and beautiful. They serve food but we did not try it. It has become my coffee place whenever I visit the town.
We held my daughter’s Bridal Shower at MAW and it was absolutely perfect. We had exclusive use between 4.00pm and 7.00pm and they arranged a lovely afternoon tea with fizz and cocktails.The team at MAW made everything to a very high standard and there was lots of attention to detail.
