Met a friend for a girls night out. Had a fabulous dinner here. Lovely ambience, great service from lovely waitresses. Really good food. Highly recommended. Will definitely go there again.

Our second stay at the Kings Arms.
Charlotte our waitress was wonderful and very personable with nothing being too much trouble, this could not be said for one other waitress. The last night of our three night stay was a nightmare with thumping music from a private function booming until 11.50. The small print at the bottom of our booking confirmation did state there may be private parties on occasion.
We accept this but because of that we will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend the hotel to friends and family.
After the terribly frustrating experience trying to book lunch by telephone, we managed to book on line. We received a very friendly welcome good attentive service and a very good lunch from the fixed price menu. Thank you to the staff who entertained us well and zero points for the telephone system at Harbour Hotels.
Didn't stay in the hotel but ate in the restaurant and have to say its faultless. A really good experience add to that a midweek menu for £15 which was delicious. Well worth the money for such great food. On top of this the service from the lovely Rebecca was impeccable given the bunch of chosy old farts we were. So brilliant to put up with us
Absolutely brilliant hotel in every respect. Food was top class last evening and people working here are very professional and friendly.
Went to the King's Arms for the £15 mile menu with my partner and a friend for lunch on Friday. The location isn't great. Only a small amount of parking available opposite the hotel and you have to mount a kerb. They have no drop kerbs. The car I have can manage it but for smaller car owners, I wouldn't recommend it. May need to find parking in town. On a much better note, the food was extremely good and great service too. Very professional. Compliments to the chef. The kings arms also has a lovely gardening area opposite where a wedding was taking place. I will definitely return.
Had a two-night stay in a loft room at this quaint hotel in the centre of Christchurch. Good location, great staff and service, excellent restaurant. Lots of character and an unbeatable location.
Wow !! We fell in love with this venue as soon as we saw it. We knew straight away and book there and than. Sinead has been amazing working with us to plan our day. Very relaxed never said no, We had graden games, bucking bronco and bouncy castle. Also we had someone pull out last minute that was vegan but was not a problem to amend. The day before we arrived to setup, we met Dean our events manger who was amazing helping setup. All the team was so welcoming and so kind. They really did look after us and all our guest. The food was amazing and the service was great. We had scott behind the bar and he was also amazing!! Honestly this venue will blow your mind, to be able to get the service we got was way more than we expected. They truly are our day perfect !! We cannot wait to come back and see the whole. Thank you everyone who was a part of our day !!
Great food and lovely staff. Very comfy back bar with a chilled atmosphere and tales tell it gets very lively on a weekend night.
This small hotel is a hidden gem, we stayed here whilst seeing friends in the area and didn't want to stay in Bournemouth which at this time of year is so over priced. We were so glad we did, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the service was great. We just disappointed we couldnt have stayed longer.
This is our third stay this year at the King’s Arms and it is always a delight. The staff are friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make our daughter’s birthday extra special. The food is very good value and beautifully cooked. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience and look forward to staying there again in the future. Highly recommended.
Our annual visit to Kings for our wedding anniversary meal. They have a 15 mile menu which is ethical and contains delicious dishes. On this visit, food was beautiful and we were looked after wonderfully by Rebecca who really made the effort and had good knowledge of the menu. Thank you, Kings.
We went here to celebrate our 40th Anniversary and had a lovely time, the food, drink and service were very good.

Thought the service was great , we had a fabulous stay , off the cuff weekend jaunt and we were not disappointed, the bedrooms were lovely and spacious with really comfortable beds, the staff were so accommodating and lovely. The cocktails are a must and the food was amazing. We will definitely visit again.
An attractive hotel in the heart of Christchurch, the bar is decorated to a high standard, drinks are limited, of good quality but expensive.
We stayed for a little three days trip. Our experience was charming. All staff were excellent. Each of them made our experience so lovely. They supplied us with all our requests with very friendly and willing attitudes. I would recommend it to everyone.
We had our wedding there! 6th April 23 and Kayleigh was our planner! She went above and beyond to make our day so special! We cannot thank you enough for all that you did for us! The service, smiles and effort put in was impeccable! You made our day, the best day ever! Thank you ❤

The hotel was amazing. Parking was limited. We had the experience of attending a very close friend's wedding. It was a beautiful day and the atmosphere was vibrant and amazing. Customer services was great and the staff members were friendly, helpful and courteous. Point to be aware. Prices of drinks at the hotel fluctuates dramatically from the morning towards the evening. Be prepared to pay quite astronomical prices for drinks during these times. There were no ramps for disabled persons but staff were helpful for any care needed. Thank you and have a great day 👍
