All staff are brilliant at the costa in Christchurch. My family have been visiting for years. Even today we spilt an entire coffee everywhere and the team were brilliant enough to make a new one and help us clean up the mess. Thank you!
A very polite and helpful team. The manager was very good with the older patrons who he helped take their purchases to the their tables.

The shop itself feels very comfortable and has great seating. Making drinks too longer than expected but was so worth it. The staff are normally quite friendly and handle the lunchtime rush with amazing professionalism!
Costa is Costa. My toasted sandwich was a bit bland but excellent service and the coffee was good

"I recently visited Costa and was extremely impressed by the delicious hot chocolate and latte, both of which were topped with a light dairy swirl and a festive twinkle topper.
The added bonus of a wrapped Toblerone tiny bar was the cherry on top! In my opinion, Costa has the best coffee in the UK.
The croissants and pastries were also good, but the prices could be more reasonable. That being said, I was able to get a great deal with the Costa rewards scheme and only paid £4.20 for two Toblerone lattes.
The service at the Christchurch Costa Coffee location was excellent and the atmosphere and decor were top-notch.
I would definitely give this location a solid 5 stars."
Friendly staff and efficient service. I took a star off as many of the seats outside contained pools of water from earlier rain. As it was sunny and warm when I arrived, many people were opting to be outside, but over half of the seats were unavailable because of this, Stafff need to be more aware of this. My coffee was great.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and the drinks are great too.
I came here to study with my friends and they were really nice despite how long we stayed!! We sat in the area around the back as it had more privacy.
Will definitely be coming again!

On my visit I found Costa Coffee very clean,tidy and the staff were very polite
1st time in this Costa, friendly staff, had a chat while the Barista made my drinks, no complaints here, as I had a takeaway I can't comment on the atmosphere other than it was fine for the short time I was there!
Was busy, only a couple of spare seats inside. Minor queueing inside to order. Was seating outside however these were wet due to early rain. Pretty clean and same for toilets.
It was closed when I went to visit for some reason and a notice was attached to the glass door. Overall if we talk about Costa , yes I like them a lot. But can't tell more about this specific Costa but considering what I have witnessed on other shops in town, you can expect best service in Costa as well. So because of other Costa experience s I will give this five stars.
They were one staff member short - the two ladies working were trying their best to serve, clear, clean tables and behind the counter. They did a good job... Well done! Nice sandwich, nice latte 😁👍.
I feel the sandwiches & cakes at Costa are rather overpriced, but they get the customers so I'm sure they'll stay that way. 🤷😕
Hazelnut & praline Latte is the best I've had, the large Hot choc was lovely too
