Went for Sunday roast as stated on website but they didn’t have any when I got there. So had very nice chicken masala. Had directors bitter and black razor beer. Very nice. I booked table online but was told when I arrive that no need to book table as they don’t reserve tables.
The food was good, the service was good and the person who served us was helpful and friendly. It was a trifle noisy because the football was on but otherwise we had a good time. The venue is very nice, a typical pub. But I do wish they would make sure the tables and the menus were wiped down aft

Came here Monday for some lunch as the pub down the road was closed was thoroughly surprised at the quality of food, the chef on shift did not disappoint all meals came out promptly and everything was piping hot and delicious. 10/10 from us 😊 deffo coming back for food in the future!

Great pub! Friendly landlord and staff that makes you feel welcome. Amazing food and they offer weekly entertainment with live music, quiz, open mics and local musicians! Couldn't expect more from a pub. Well done.
