We took our kids aged 19 months and 6 to see Santa on Christmas Eve at the wimborne centre, they absolutely loved it and so did we. Santa was very friendly, talking to the kids and us about Christmas. Amazing service, the walkway was fantastic, a lot of effort being made by Stewarts to ensure everyone has the best time. Would definitely recommend!

Visited on the Thursday eve for their late evening opening. We ate dinner, had a lovely meal, live music was great too. Recommend a visit 👍🏻

Great selection of good quality plants. I not seen any other garden centre selling pink poinsettia. Amazing experience feeding the giant koi carp which made my day as they're super cute

Stewarts Garden Centre Christchurch.... Sunday 29th Oct - Breakfast and purchase I'm usually very complementary about the service in Stewarts, but sadly today it wasnt very good. We went for breakfast, server at the lcou ter exclent and efficient. Wentbto the drinks counter, not the same experience.....the tea and filter coffee counter was NOT ready fkr business (milk dispenser not ready) and took an age. Breakfast was almost cold by the time we'd waited and sat down. Unfortunately we also experincex poor customwr service at the tills when purchasing cards and Xmas lights, I know its not the usual service......not even a thank you once paid, reveipt dumped on the counter and no thank you for your custom or purchase. NOT a good experience, sorry guys......I want to write great reviews but today must have been a bad day for all. Thanks Julian

Lovely garden centre, well laid out. There is plenty of parking with a large pond outside the entrance to business.

Great shop. Good cafe. Good choice of products but why oh why haven't all the goods on the shelves got price labels???? They were left behind rather than carried to the tills and refused. Otherwise fine.

Just went to take mum somewhere nice as it was raining. Very beautiful place. Nicely planned out and easy to get wheelchairs round. Cafe was very busy so didn't go in there. Lots of parking for disabled and normal parking. Only down point is the prices are a bit high

Love Stewart's especially at Xmas. Trees were a good price this year...less than I paid for the same height at b n q and nicer tree. Coffee shop always has lovely food

We visited yesterday my daughter booked us to see Father Christmas and his reindeer , this is my Granddaughter 1st Christmas she is 4months old. It was a lovely experience including the grotto and Christmas scenes. We had our photos taken by the elves. Father Christmas was so adorable and believable that I told him so !! We had lunch there in the restaurant which is extremely popular, though there was a problem with a coffee machine which stalled the queues; the colleagues were constantly updating new queue customers with the reason for the delay: great customer service. The custard slice cake is HUGE and we got in takeaway box as a treat for later. We Look forward to my daughter and I and my Granddaughter returning next Christmas when she will be as excited about the experience as we were.🎄 We will definitely make a habit out of popping there for garden supplies and for lunch too. I recommend the Christmas experience to everyone with children.

Such a choice of great quality products, both in plants and homeware. I love to go just for a browse, see all the different plants and of course (though it's only October) there's the delights of the Christmas displays. Pleasant staff in my experience. Cafe well stocked, maybe a little pricey but probably in line with Costa et al, the menu has more on it than at coffee shops and the view out to the plants is nicer. I would say the cafe is a bit too noisy (it echoes) when busy and that can interrupt a good conversation.

bought some catmint for my cat. Only could find the tiny £2.50 one. luckily when I mentioned to the lovely lady at the customer service desk she showed me the big ones outside the front which were half price with my stewards card ,so done an exchange for me. just as well as my cat would have made light work of the small one!

Nice garden center. Lots of selection for whatever you might be looking for. The food seems decent (great for sweet tooth) although if you go in sumer there’s no air-conditioning so it can feel quite hot. At least they have free ice water restaurant area.

Nice garden centre but pricey. Called in mainly for the cafe and something to eat but sadly the prices in the cafe put me off too. They had rocketed since I was last there (I understand due to rising costs and all that, but I couldn't justify it in my purse) unfortunately left to go back to eat at the caravan

Plants - incredible! Both house plants at outdoor are an amazing range and quality and there is nothing they don’t have! The layout is easy and the cafe very very tasty, if not slightly expensive! We get so excited for our yearly visit and never leave empty handed. We come down from london and have to go here as soon as we arrive

I had a specific problem with some cacti feed. I took the product in question back. The staff were brilliant, listened to the issue, and replaced the product. They also gave me some additional advice which I have followed and it looks like the plant is recovering. Oh, and we stayed for lunch of course! Great staff, great service. Thank you.

Always a joy to visit. On special occasions such as Xmas and spring they really do go that extra mile with wonderful displays and new and exciting products as well as favourite old. Been going there for years if you go become a member and get their trade card.
