Came here for a summers work do and it couldn't have been any nicer!
The food was super tasty, I had the chicken and prawn satay which was gorgeous! Plus the cocktails are amazing.
The staff couldn't of been more helpful either!

Had a lovely evening, great food and very attentive service for our server Phil he was very helpful In our menu choice. We had a late reservation and the restaurant was super busy when we arrived at 8p. Great wine choices.

Fantastic food, one of the best Sunday roasts I've ever had! The outside seating area was really nice and the overhead cover worked well as it was a bit windy when we visited but we were plenty warm enough. Great service, would definitely go back
Lovely Birthday spent here for my husband! Fabulous dinner and drinks enjoyed in upper deck as part of our overnight stay, and its been worth every penny! The staff here are so attentive and it's been a real treat to feel so looked after, we will be back again! Thank you!
I've been here twice now and it is the height of luxury. The best cocktails I've ever had - champagne cocktails also available. The food is phenomenal - fish and steak cooked perfectly. I didnt want my seafood linguini special to end, every mouthful absolutely packed with flavour. Everything has 'the special touch' - even the bread and dips were perfect (the mackeral pate is phenomenal). Expert service - served by Tuija but her colleagues were also great. It was a nice touch to see the bar staff giving shelves, etc. a thorough clean when not making drinks, the place is immaculate. The place i go when i want a top quality day out.

We celebrated our honeymoon at the hotel on Sunday night and had dinner, breakfast and lunch in the Upper Deck. Every second we spent in the restaurant was perfect, the team looked after us as they did everyone, the food was delicious and the view was beautiful.
A lovely treat for a birthday lunch. Great food, friendly and efficient service in a beautiful setting.

It's a pleasant atmosphere from the moment you step onto the "deck" You are greeted by a friendly staff and you are invited to wait whilst they find a beautiful table for you.
The attire is formal casual ..with an accent on boating attire even though we were more dressed for the village fair if I am completely honest which is probably why the waiter had a slight condescension in his manner (I thought and so did my other guests)...however we all had the fish and it was amazing the portions were perfect and it was cooked to perfection, the desert was ok ..somehow a little bit of a let down of the entree and the main course the brownie was slightly gooey on the inside and mostly just crumbled away mixing with the fruit sorbet which again was something ordinary ...I don't know again without sounding judgey it just let down the other courses.
FYI the tartare sauce is to die for !!!!
Price wise is not that bad for what you would expect of the place ..no more expensive let's say that your more expensive pubs a full 3-course meal you can get for £27 and a glass of lemonade or juice just £3, cocktails £15....is what you would expect I guess.
The food was well presented, tasty and there was so much choice. I enjoyed the miso glazed duck with a really good red wine. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend for a treat meal
Beautiful setting overlooking Mudeford. We came for afternoon tea, which was lovely. Great food and service. Definitely worth a visit for a nice treat.
Sunday Lunch was perfect..service was good to start but they were rushed off there feet ..but food and atmosphere made up for it..would thoroughly recommend as the hotel has beautiful decor and wonderful views .

We turned up thinking we had a reservation, albeit we turned up on the wrong day, Raphael did everything he could to accommodate us dispute it being extremely busy and we were very thankful.
We ended up with an amazing table with an amazing view
The food was superb. I usually go to The Jetty but from now on Upper Deck will be my "go to place".
Staff very professional, friendly and attentive.
