Just another Gregg's shop but the staff here are fantastic. I even avoid using online delivery so I can go in and say hi! They always try to sort me out when I'm treating the staff at work. Keep up the amazing job guys. You run this shop!
I asked them if they knew when they would next have any spicy Mexican chicken pizzas out, and the lady at the counter kindly offered to make me one. The man working with her brought it to my table when it was done. Really kind, thoughtful staff who go above and beyond. It also always seems to be well stocked generally

Staff here are brilliant. Always have what we're after and always chat to my boys who have autism. We always come out with a smile.

Can't beat a Greggs sausage roll.
Nice flat white and, as usual, delicious sausage rolls, good value for money and nice inside and outside seating area. Very pleasant staff too.

Staff really polite a d helpful. Spilled my coffee on the floor, staff replaced it free of charge and mopped my spillage up immediately. Brilliant customer service.
