Good bar and a traditional interior. With a pool table, garden and two side rooms. A varied selection of ales. Some days pies are available at the bar. Dog friendly with a full jar of dog treats. A varied programme of events throughout the week.
Lovely cosy friendly traditional pub. I met some amazing friends since going in here. There are lots of different real ale, draught beer. We always have a great time when there is live entertainment is on. Well done Gill you are doing amazing.
Great pub with great choice of Cask ales. Open daily from 12-midnight. Pool table, darts available and open mic on Sundays
A superb pub. One of the best around, in my opinion.
Lovely friendly pub, great atmosphere. Gill, Charlie and the team welcome you in with open arms. They all make you feel really welcomed. Always a pleasure to visit, lovely decor and spotlessly clean. Great selection of wines, real ales and spirits. Court yard at the rear of the pub is a great little
Great atmosphere, could even get a hot toddy or a very lush hot chocolate as well as the usual beers, ciders and spirits. Good deals on some drinks and great live music.
The Prince of Wales Cowling Brow is a really nice pub. Also my local. Its always very clean and presenbtable. The landlady Gill, Charlie & all the staff are very welcoming, cheerful and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for Gill & her staff. The beer tastes good and they have a very good range
Brilliant local pub, friendly, helpful staff. I am usually found here on Open Mike nights, great music. The ale is well kept, the atmosphere is great, always someone interesting to talk to. Beer garden well kept, warm and comfortable. Don't tell to many about it lets keep it nicely full not crowded!
Very friendly staff, especially the new landlady Gill. I love the Open Mic Nights 🎤. The pub is always warm and cosy and I just love it!!! I hadn’t been into The Prince of Wales before Gill took it over, so I can’t compare to what it was like but I’ve heard nothing but amazing feedback from everyon
Great local community based pub, full of locals! Large selection of real ales with 8 handpumps to choose from, mostly from the Marstons range, with some guests. Street parking might be a challenge at busy times. I would visit again for sure!
