No stars given for food as none ordered, only a cappuccino and latte. Sadly, the latte was not hot, only luke warm at best. Only issue with this place is as soo as you walk in then you have no phone signal- god knows why!!
If you have a costa app make sure you open it prior to going in or it won’t work!!

Visited Costa, Buckshaw village about 9.00am Thursday 17/02/22.
Both colleagues were friendly and the girl serving me was really helpful regarding the points.
The barista made my hot chocolate 🍫 which was delicious

Probably the nicest Costa I have ever been in. The staff are incredibly friendly and actually talk to you as they prepare your drink. They anticipate your order size. They thank you as you leave. The tables were spotless and the atmosphere was very calming. Despite being in a rush, I truly felt calm

Good Costa, what was particularly notable however was the big table which had colouring books and crayons to keep the kids busy. An excellent idea.
I always look forward to meeting my friend and going to Costa Coffee. The staff are excellent and work very hard. The pastries are lovely and most of all, the coffee is superb.
Stopped by for a late breakfast at Buckshaw. Order was slightly messed up, they brought the sandwich to my table, but forgot the coffee and crisps, though this was corrected quickly. Overall a good experience.
Went today after it opened again due to Covid19. Well marked out places to stand on the floor, hand sanitizer as you go in.
Its take away only at the moment, and that suits me just fine at the moment.
