Was never impressed with its predecessor Alghero. However Essenza is worth every one of the five stars awarded.
The place is immaculate. The welcome was warm the service impeccable.
The food was of an excellent standard. Arrived timely on hot plates and was presented well.

Visited on Sunday for 2nd time. Place was busy which was nice to see as it was empty as last time we went. We really like this restaurant and eat here quite regularly. The staff are lovely and the food is always good. Great place for a chilled out meal on a Sunday night when you can’t be bothered cooking.
Had a lovely family meal here. The staff were welcoming and really lovely with our children. The food was really fresh and delicious I highly recommend the cannelloni. We will be returning soon
The food here is good, cooked from an open kitchen where you can see the chefs preparing the meals. All the staff are friendly and courteous. The dining area is pacious. We enjoyed our meal and the ambiance of the restaurant. Thanks to all the staff.
The best pizzas this side of Napoli! Well, the best I’ve had in Lancashire at any rate. I struggle to get past the pizzas but the family assure me the rest of the menu is as good. The staff are super friendly and always make you feel genuinely welcome.

We went after hearing mixed views. We were well impressed with the staff and the food. The only thing is the prices of drinks were expensive which ruins it or it would of been five star..
