Great town centre pub good choice of beer friendly people
Stop over on route to Wigan v Rotherham United game. Very welcoming pub and excellent friendly staff , bar prices also very good, example double vodka and orange £5, Pub also put on free sausage sarnies, nice touch but there was 2 coaches full of us spending a lot over the bar.
Started off here on a works night out. Brilliant atmosphere! Good variety of beverages and friendly bar staff! Will definitely be back!

First time there since the easing of restrictions, what a great warm genuine welcome! It felt safe, well organised and friendly. The beer garden has loads of well spaced out seats, there are parasols if it's too sunny! and blankets if it's too cold and the Guinness is great too. This place needs you

Great beer, great food, great staff especially the landlord as he gave me a shot on my birthday. Just a good all round welcoming pub. I always go there as I'm passing in Chorley now.

A quality little pub with a good sized beer garden, pool table, juke box, and friendly atmosphere. Wide selection of drinks and the landlord is alright too I suppose!
