Food, service and atmosphere fantastic as always - even when we asked to move tables it was done with no fuss and no issues.
Garlic bread to die for, starters even better, tagliatelle diavola always my favourite and the ‘upgrade’ to the lobster ravioli has made it even better!!
We have been 4 times this year with out 2 best friends! We would go more often if one of us drove ! Out two friends both drive & they take us! The food, service & the environment is top rated ! It was a gorgeous afternoon with a wonderfully central table for our friends birthday meal. Great food, lovely relaxed atmosphere with attentive friendly service. We weren't rushed & hurried at all & spent nearly 4 hours in the beautiful restaurant. Will definitely go again plus it was very good value for money & the waiters singing happy birthday are a delight xx
My Grandchildren took myself and my Husband to Sunday lunch on 1st Oct to celebrate our 57th Wedding Anniversary together with our little Great Grandson. We couldn't have asked for better service - together with all of us enjoying our food the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Little Jasper loved the Staff as well. Would certainly recommend this location.

Been to Luciano's at the Millstone 4 times. The menu is excellent and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Ideal for a meal for 2 or for family get togethers.

Called in with Daughter last night after a day out on the motorcycle. Staff were very friendly and the food was spot on. Made us feel very welcome considering people were dressed up for dinner and myself and Daughter had crash helmets and bike jackets. Definitely go there again. Though food came out a little fast for my liking. Bit slower between courses would of been much better 👍
Myself my partner and my two sons have just had the pleasure of sharing our Christmas day here for lunch. The place was buzzing and lively, great atmosphere. Staff were superbly attentive and friendly, our food was divine from start to finish, not a single complaint in utterance. Thank you so much to a superb team.

Over the course of one week in May, seven different people I know had a meal at Luciano's. Some recommended the place to me in person, some posted on Facebook about it and a one even took to Twitter to rave about their experience.
We have dined at Luciano's numerous times, both lunch and dinner, and have never had a bad experience. The food is exceptional and the service faultless!
Beer surprise. Seeking a well-earned pint after an enjoyable walk near the Anglezarke reservoir, we found another nearby pub closed (at 5pm on a Saturday), so turned to Luciano's at the Millstone with some uncertainty. After all, it is very clearly a restaurant and although "bar" is mentioned in the advertising outside we did not know whether we could just get a drink.
Not only were we able to do so, but were pleasantly surprised that there was real ale available, and a local brewery, Bolton's Bank Top. Our pints of Bank Top Flat Cap were in first class condition- and were helpfully brought out to us in the pleasant beer garden while the beer settled.
Obviously unable to comment on the food as we didn't have any, but great to find a restaurant with a proper bar area that stocks real ale. Well done.
Great new years eve night. Went here with Freinds and parents for new years eve and had a great night! Fab 5 course meal, complimentary champagne when we came in and at midnight whilst we watched fireworks! Couple of amazing pianists during the night then dancing to upbeat music in the bar from a dj really made the night special. Our parents really enjoyed the night and have been back already for a meal, we are booked in for this week again and just know that this place will be somewhere I will visit regularly - if just to see the gorgeous managers Allessio and Fabritzio and of course

Mrs H. Lucianos at the Millstone has been completely transformed from a dated country pub restaurant into a vibrant , modern eating experience. The attention to detail and the quality of the food is second to none. You will not be dissapointed.
All in all this was another wonderful meal at Luciano's. It's not the cheapest Italian in the area, but I can't remember a bad meal here. This is the ideal spot in the summer months when you can either enjoy their large outdoor space overlooking Rivington, or sit by one of the large windows watching the world go by

Not the best experience but certainly enjoyable.
The atmosphere got quite noisy as the evening got busier, mainly due to the tiled floor and acoustics.
I found the service quite mixed. Going from warm and friendly to a little standoffish, depending on the individual serving.
The food was delicious. Nicely seasoned and tasty. Portion size felt about right based on the price and the type of food.
Went today for lunch with a friend and our children and everything was amazing .
As soon as you step out the car you can smell the food , it smelt amazing and really got the mouth watering.
Every member of staff we interacted with was more than helpful.
We ordered a couple of pizzas and a carbonara, the pasta dish was huge I ended up taking half of it home with me . Everything was 10/10 and will 100% be returning x

This was the 1st at Luciano’s and it won’t be the last. The food is amazing, service was impeccable and the atmosphere was great.
We had various starters which we shared between 4 of us.
The pasta is amazing and homemade Tiramisu was really nice.

It's been many years since I last came, and on visiting as a birthday treat from my better half, I can't figure out why we've not been here more regularly. Certainly something we will put right moving forwards!
The food was excellent and the portions were substantial. No chance of leaving feeling hungry! Service was also excellent, being attentive and professional while also warm and friendly. The atmosphere was bubbly, as you'd expect in an Italian, but not excessively loud.
Overall it was a lovely birthday treat and we both felt the price was good value at the end.
Looking forward to ensuring we get there more regularly in the future!

Wow! Excellent food, great service and well priced. I visited Luciano's on a Saturday lunch time and was impressed by yet another great Italian restaurant.
Very busy. You have to book for this place, even midweek.
With that success, of course, there can be a loss in intimacy and ambience, due to the noise from bustling tables.

Always a wonderful time here in this relaxed, family owned restaurant! The service is absolutely second to none. The food is up to a consistently high standard. Great cocktail menu and wine list. Fantastic singer and guitarist on in the bar every other weekend and for parties. What more could you want?!
Fantastic place. The staff are very polite and friendly. This was our third visit . I really love the back garden and the music. Such a beautiful place and the food is delicious.

Just about the best Italian restaurant in the area. Friendly staff, very professional, very authentic and excellent food and drinks. The menu is just about perfect with dishes to suit all appetites and wallet, not too big as to believe its quantity over quality and still a varied choice. The daily recommendations are quite something else!! The stamp of an excellent chef. Worth every penny. Definitely 5 star dining plus🥰
Called in on spec on passing and what a wonderful find. The staff were very welcoming and the food was excellent. A good choice of starters and mains - we opted for a choice from the specials menu - and they were delicious. Didn't try any wines but looked to be a good selection available. The staff were attentive but not intrusive and our dishes were served promptly. The venue has a large enclosed garden area which will be a great asset in the summer. We will be returning and, next time, will try some wines. A highly recommended venue.

An absolute gem! Stopped out of coincidence and it is amazing! Authentic Italian restaurant with real pizzas, Italian cuisine. The back has an amazing garden with playground for the kids. Outside bar and the food… wow! Absolutely recommend it!
